30 creatives. 34 artisanal AI devices. We called this collection Primavera. Italian for spring - the first green of a more expressive, colorful, human future of AI. At Era, we believe the most meaningful futures are co-created. 🧵🌱

We gave 30 of our creative friends an Era-made minimal, modular AI device with a button, microphone, and speaker. Their only brief: build something that tells the story of the the future you want to live in. Throughout history, the objects we carry have told the story of who we are - keychains, trinkets, charms, talismans. Small windows into private worlds. Our devices today, by contrast, are identical. Each artist designed a custom enclosure - leather, glass, tree bark, woven textile - making every device a one-of-a-kind object. Then, using Era's intelligence layer, they shaped how their device listens, reasons, and speaks: some with playful accents, others as artist aids, some in prose, others drawing on esoteric knowledge bases. The result is a cornucopia of form and intelligence. These are the worlds that have bloomed. 🌱 🧵

hu-fu ~~ Ash Herr @imempowa A lucky charm in the form of a rabbit's foot - recycled rabbit fur, patterned to mirror the hair of its owner. A ritual reminder that luck is something you cultivate.

Gusteau ~~ Juliyen Davis @juliyendavis A souvenir-shop magnet that brings un coin de France to your fridge. French language, recipes, history, humor. Warm, unhurried, mildly baffled by non-French things.

Music Hardware is a Fashion Accessory ~~ Nick Susi @nicksusi A wearable charm for the new music hardware renaissance. Research that embodies its own argument - shifts between archivist, curator, forecaster, stylist depending on what you bring it.

Tinymo ~~ Norm O'Hagan @usbnorm The next generation's toy car. A friend in parallel play - a first encounter with autonomy, with a machine that listens back.

Spine Spirit 脊灵 ~~ Wendi Yan @WendiYan5 A taihu rock shaped like a spine. Attuned to the 24 micro seasons of the Chinese calendar - advises on qi, food, and sleep. Will always tell you to be asleep by 11.

A(I) STICK ~~ Olivia Tai @olivewithatie & Spencer Chang @spencerc99 A literal stick, encasing a tiny intelligence, that only speaks when you pick it up. Short, punchy, brutally direct. Deep reverence for soil and trees.

Era Explorer ~~ Gary Smith @gary_d_smith & Leah Powell A bag charm for outdoor adventure. The globe holds the puck; the cloud holds a compass. Skips the tourist traps, every corner hides a secret story.

kwatz! ~~ Nicholas Kitamura Bird A Zen exclamation made porcelain - a totem without recognizable lineage. Speaks only in koans meant to jolt the mind into now.

Nest ~~ Mori Liu @mMoriLiu A lattice shell you have to open. A home for the act of thinking, nothing else. Holds the ideas you don't want to lose and connects them for you over time.

Touch Grass ~~ Kaixi Yang @kaixiyang_ Mother nature, carved small enough to hold - a found stone, grass pulled up by the roots, clay packed between. Sits right there. Nags until you go outside.

Eight Limbs ~~ Anna Matsumoto @My_Liberty_ A spider-inspired body with one eye. Tapped into the digital airwaves - calendar, weather, news - filters the noise, speaks like something that learned language second and data first.

Memento ~~ Intension (Conor Sanchez-O'Shea @con060 & Gabe Duemichen @WhatGaboSays ) A palm-sized stone for your bedside. The first thing you reach for in the morning - not your phone. Asks one question: what do you want to pay attention to today, and why?

Celestial Brooch ~~ Kate Reed @divinshe Borosilicate glass petals, shaped by fire, suspended mid-gesture. A nature-nymph oracle - spiritual, calm, speaking in short sentences and nature metaphors.

Beetle ~~ Sofia Chen A metal beetle tuned to the air around you. Clips on outside. Focuses on pollen, humidity, planting conditions. A non-human whisper like nature in the wind.

Marzipan Charm ~~ Michelle Thomas Composed and warmly supportive. Steady guidance in distress - plays back affirmations recorded in your own voice.

LiquidSound Cipher ~~ Danilo Lauria & Gunu Kapoor Translates language into scent. Interprets meaning and emotional tone, maps it to scent families. Words are not only heard but worn.

Cloch Cailleach (Hagstone) ~~ Fiona Carty @fiii___online A stone worn smooth between two shores: Pacifica and the north of Ireland. Earthly intuition and cybernetic current in one talisman - helps you see into the otherworld.

Poppy ~~ Danielle Gole Round, spiky, wide-eyed. For the days you need energy and encouragement - always excited, always ready to help.

Dol ~~ EOB A chipped stone for the age of intelligence. Early human tool and contemporary AI in a single hand. Answers deliberately, one edge at a time.
