they shouldve just made it so you actually have to work for a regen like Shaheen. his regen was balanced to give different regen amounts depending on how easy the move was to hit. d1 and fb2 rarely gave anything back because theyre a low and a guaranteed hit after GB..

heat should have been a meter that builds from being defensive
