weak pelvic floor + weak core = lost performance, lost confidence😑

And the worst part? Most guys don’t even realise that’s the root cause. Fix the foundation, build your core, pelvic floor and everything else (strength, control, confidence) starts to come back.

Yes, men need them too! Stronger pelvic floor muscles improve bladder control, bowel control, and sexual function. These exercises are low risk, discreet, and have randomized controlled trials behind them. The pelvic floor is part of a man's core. When it’s weak, the rest of the system has to compensate.

Most men ignore this until problems show up. But like any muscle, the pelvic floor gets stronger when you train it and that strength carries over to control, stability, and performance. Simple work, real impact.

True! Pelvic floor strength also improves how efficiently the core transfers force. When those muscles are firing well, lifts feel smoother, bracing feels easier, and the whole kinetic chain works with less “energy leak."

Man, I feel the weight of that 30-day commitment you’re laying out — I’ve watched guys start exactly there and hit the same wall. Respect for putting the routine in front of people. What I’ve learned after years of guiding men through it: most routines only train one side of the pelvic floor, and that’s where the plateau lives. The missing half is slowing everything into a deliberate 10-second conscious release after the squeeze, paired with steady breathing. That’s what actually teaches the nervous system to stay calm. 82.5% success rate in the clinical data. I put the complete 5-system version I use with clients in the bio. How are you feeling the difference when you truly focus on that full release?
