I was in the press room when this happened….I called the UMass/Temple game on ABC…after I was off the air, I went to the press room and all hell broke loose….

Only HC to have multiple final fours vacated. - Cheated to get Camby’s commitment to UMass - Lied to a recruit that Lou Carnesseca had a month to live so the kid would flip his commitment - Called a reporter a “Mexican idiot” - Had someone take D Rose SAT so he was eligible at Memphis - Had Eric Bledsoe’s HS grades changed so he was eligible at Kentucky - Hypocritical comments about Pitino’s NCAA violations But he’ll still lecture everyone on doing what’s best for the kids & complain about recruiting tactics in today’s game.

God I miss those days with deep seeded rivals
