33 years ago today, ‘Bill Nye the Science Guy’ premiered on PBS.

This, Magic School Bus, and Liberty's Kids were the one of the best shows to watch in school. Sweet memories!

I didn’t know this until today but apparently Bill Nye, was Doc Brown’s assistant in the animated Back to the Future series, during the live action segments with Christopher Lloyd for that show. From my understanding Bill got his show the year the BTTF series was ending.

When your science teacher rolled the tv into the classroom, you just knew this was about to play, lol. Miss those days.
