At the Daytona 500 in February of 2001 Dale Earnhardt Sr. hit the wall at the end and tragically lost his life. In July NASCAR returned for the first time. It was the first BIG race I went to. I had been to the pocono infield many times but this was Daytona. I was a Jimmy Spencer fan at that point but what I saw that night left me speechless and teary eyed. I watched a man take the victory at a track that took his dad's life. Every one in that place was a junior fan that night. It is absolutely one of my most fond memories.

This woman was 12 minutes late to the gate and the airline gave their seats to other customers with standby tickets. The rules are rules for a reason but if the gates are still open, is this just being petty? They are there now so I don’t see why they can’t just have the seats they paid for. I remember when I was almost sprinting to the gate because the watch j was wearing stopped working, I just didn’t know it. I thought I had plenty of time so as I walked to get something to eat I saw some of the gate time displays and in the corner of the screen displayed a time. I was confused because when I looked at my watch it said 1:30pm, my flight left at 2:30pm and the time on the screen was 2:25pm. I kept walking and passed a gift shop that had a clock and it also said 2:25pm. I hurried to the employee at the shop and asked what time it was and they pointed to the clock meaning that was the actual time. I took off to the gate because I knew there was a big chance I wasn’t going to make my flight. I got there right at 2:30pm. They were getting just letting the last people on. I had my ticket in hand and she said she had to make sure I could still board. Initially when she walked back she had a worried look on her face as if she had bad news, I was prepared for the worst but luck was on my side as she said they agreed to let me on. My next flight I wasn’t so lucky but I will save that for another time. My luck ran out for the rest of the day though, it made me think if I was better off missing that flight. The guy I was sat by snored bad, I had a delay at my next connecting flight, and the food they gave me made me nauseated but I was still thankful I made it home on time.

matthew's thoughts about zb1's last concert as 9... 🦊 how was it during makcon (encore con d3)? it was fascinating really... i... on the 2nd day it felt like everything hit me at once, like "wah... this is really the last concert" so i was really sad on the 2nd day and on the last day i was sad but it was kinda... i looked at this (view on stage/overall surroundings?) for the last time and just took in the beauty of it. i was so thankful and i think i kinda just looked at it prettily “one last time”

#SEONGHWA about walking the runway for SONGZIO today 🩶 ⭐️: Anyway, what I really wanted to say today is that, honestly, walking the runway has always felt like a dream to me. And now, counting this time I’ve done it three times in total, now twice with SONGZIO, which is a brand I really lov, so it made this an even more meaningful time for me. It was such a meaningful experience. While getting ready backstage, all the models were just incredibly cool.. really, so cool. Seeing them gave me a lot of courage and watching how the staff worked was very inspiring as well. In a way it kind of reminded me of ATEEZ in our earlier days, everyone felt close like a family and it was really nice to see. Yes, I learned a lot and felt a lot through this experience. Last time I was only focused on the runway itself, but this time I think I was able to see things more broadly. I think I saw the whole thing with a broader perspective, I learned and felt things. It was truly so much fun. And in those moments I really felt like I was the main character, I really had fun. Originally, during rehearsal, I was second to last. But the CEO started at the very end, and after I finished, I was waiting like this and I was supposed to go in around the final turn. Then suddenly, he changed the positions. So, unexpectedly, I ended up even doing the finale, and it felt so thrilling. At the same time though I worried whether I might somehow be kind of a burden among such amazing models so that (thought) made me study and practice even more. Even though I personally feel there are still many ways I’m lacking, I also found myself thinking that maybe I was able to be part of the story these people were writing through fashion. I had planned a trip for this week and I was just there last week but living 3,000 miles with responsibilities back her I away I knew there was a possibility this could happen. My godmother was by her side the whole time and it was peaceful. The last thing she said to me on Monday was I love you. I told her I would see her when I’m done here, and I plan to keep that promise. Goodbye for now, Mom. Take care of Sal and Dad for me, I’ll take care of things down here, I love you.
