Got so many DMs today from people struggling with the new Axis Robotics tasks 😭 Especially the "fork" task the grip wasn’t working, tasks were getting missed and slots were gone. So I made this quick video guide for all the beginners and anyone still struggling with small objects 👇 🤖 I’ve shown how I position the gripper using sensitivity control and pick up the fork properly so you can get a clean grip and complete the task. Hope this helps you save your next slot 🫂 If you haven't joined yet here is my link 🔗 - Don’t get frustrated after a few failed attempts. Once you get the grip right, it gets much easier. 🫡

Lately, everyone has been talking about Axis Robotics, and honestly, I think it deserves the hype. I spent some time looking into Axis, and I realized they're actually building something valuable. The experience is really fun, but I noticed that no one has made a proper guide yet. So I put together this video showing you everything: what the tasks are on the Axis Robotics website, how to complete them, and how to earn badges. It might look a little confusing at first, but after watching the video, it'll all make sense. Also, if you want to get started and support me at the same time, you can sign up using my referral link: I should also mention that some of the tasks are actually pretty challenging. 😅 I'm especially terrible at controlling the robot lol. One thing I forgot to mention in the video: The green timer at the top while you're controlling the robot shows your completion time, and that's what determines your ranking on the leaderboard. I still haven't managed to finish a task in under 20 seconds. 😂 Don't just create content—jump into the ecosystem. Complete the tasks and try to earn as many badges as you can. Controls: • You can use either the keyboard or your mouse. • For movement, use the Q - W - A - S - Z - X keys. • Press SPACE to pick up an object, move it to the target, and press SPACE again to drop it. You can complete the same task up to 5 times in Axis Robotics Easy method 1. Open the same task. 2. Complete it once. 3. After it finishes, start the same task again. 4. Repeat until you have 5 valid completions. 5. Make each run clean and accurate. Important: Axis uses the average score of your attempts, not simply the number of repeats. So if your first attempt is already very good, doing 4 poor attempts can actually lower the average. MIT PhD student Alex Zhang reveals the scaling result where a model trained on short tasks generalizes to problems 100x longer for free: "If you're very clever about the design of your harness or how you use the language model, you can almost get scaling gains for free." "If you train a model naively, there's no tricks. It's just the same way you train a model on these RL environments. You just roll it out, and then you just get some reward." "If you train it on only short tasks, like only tasks that are 10,000 tokens long, and then you were to run it on a similar domain, but at a million tokens, or 10 million tokens, or 100,000 tokens, it generalizes really, really well. If you look at it compared to even the base transformer, you get way better generalization properties." "When the model uses an RLM (Recursive Language Model) after it's trained on these short tasks, it will see some kind of trajectory of actions that it does.
