Girl caught with THC in school cannot seem to relax with her wild outbursts and assaulting police. A routine school day in Las Animas County, Colorado, completely unraveled after a 17-year-old female high school student was brought into a school office under suspicion of possessing marijuana. What started as an investigation quickly escalated into an altercation between the student and the sheriff deputies. As the deputy demanded the student's name and issued warnings about potential legal violations, the tension in the room skyrocketed. The exchange quickly deteriorated into shouting, with the student calling the deputy a "dumbass" after being questioned about concealing items. The student began to square up on the deputy while yelling at him. The situation reached a breaking point when the deputy instructed the student to unball her fists. When she refused to comply, the officer took her into custody. The drama didn't end there as the student continued putting on a show by resisting further and y yelling at the deputies. This continued until back up arrived to aid in transporting the student to a squad car. The deputy subsequently transported the student to a local detention facility, booking her on multiple offenses, including Possession of THC, Resisting Arrest, and Battery on a Peace Officer (Third-Degree Felony). This is a Karen in the making right here with this girl. Hopeful the parents step up and get this kid back on the rights track.

Predator teacher caught sending inappropriate messages to a student. School tried to call the student a lie, but he wasn't. This body cam footage is a chilling reminder of how easily institutions can prioritize their reputation over the safety of the children they are sworn to protect. In this video, we see school administrators actively dismissing a student’s report of serious misconduct, effectively labeling him a liar rather than treating his claims with the gravity they deserved. It is a pattern we have seen far too often: the immediate urge to silence, punish, or ignore students who dare to speak up, rather than initiating a proper, trauma-informed investigation. While the school officials in this footage were quick to dismiss the evidence as fabricated, the reality revealed by law enforcement was entirely different. When professional investigators—armed with forensic tools and the cooperation of service providers like AT&T—finally stepped in, they were able to do what the school refused to do: follow the digital trail. That evidence ultimately traced the inappropriate content directly back to the teacher, exposing the truth behind the very accusations the school had tried to bury. The teacher's name is Oliver Fell. She was fired on June 10, 2025 and arrested in June 2025, Oliver Fell was charged with the following felonies: Lewd conduct with a student by an authority figure (a second-degree felony). Transmission of harmful material to a minor (a third-degree felony). Fell had pleaded not guilty to the charges and is awaiting trial with no case update as of May 2026. The fallout from these systemic failures in the Manatee County School District has been immense. The inability of leadership to protect students or properly vet and monitor staff led to a widespread outcry from parents and the community. This resulted in significant consequences, including the termination of Superintendent Jason Wysong, as the board faced mounting pressure over their handling of these egregious incidents. Families, left with no other choice, were forced to pursue legal action against the district for its failure to provide a safe environment. The full body cam video is unbelievable to see as the school rep in the video spends a good five mins scolding the father of the child that his son needs do not tell lies and spread rumors for the protection of the reputation of the teacher. I'll add that clip to the comments.

Woman asked to leave hotel but instead decided to F!ght to stay. What started as a routine trespassing call at a Florida hotel quickly escalated into a chaotic scene resulting in multiple felony charges for a 35-year-old woman. Hotel management contacted law enforcement to report a woman, identified as Jerica, who was trespassing on the property. Staff reported that she had refused multiple requests to leave the premises voluntarily, forcing deputies to step in and handle the formal removal. When Escambia County deputies made contact with Jerica to escort her from the property, the situation took a sharp turn. Instead of complying with law enforcement commands, Jerica resisted physically. Following the struggle, Jerica was taken into custody and slapped with a heavy list of charges under Florida law: Trespassing: For remaining on hotel property after explicit warnings to leave. Resisting an Officer with Violence: A third-degree felony triggered when a suspect uses physical force or threats against law enforcement during the execution of their legal duties. Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer: Another third-degree felony for intentionally striking, touching, or causing physical harm to a deputy against their will. While the bodycam footage captures the intense physical struggle of the arrest, the legal battle in the courtroom hit an immediate standstill. Following her booking, the court ordered a formal psychological evaluation to determine her mental competency. Because her competency to stand trial must be legally established first, the criminal prosecution of the charges remains pending.

🚨 Colorado Public School help falsify documents to say a student was homeless, even through the student was not homeless, so that the student could go live with a teacher They were having a sexual relationship and hid it from the parents “Casey visited counselors at Columbine High school, helped a 17 year old student fill out paperwork to prove that she was homeless even though she wasn't, so that she could move in with her teacher who she had a relationship with. The teacher is a female, the student is a female, and the school never disclosed any of this information to the mother. This news wasn't uncovered until the mom was cleaning out her daughter's room, found the homeless documents, found a letter that her daughter had written about kissing her teacher, and then discovered thousands of text messages and calls between the two. The girl's mom contacted the teacher, telling her to immediately stop, and then when she took it to the school, the school brushed it off and was like; Kierney takes interest in interest in helping the kids navigate their sexuality. Yes, she does. The wrote a public response: "Obviously, the student did not meet the criteria to be considered homeless and the staff involved in this isolated incident were addressed as part of the investigation as the proper channels in place were not followed. We've taken every step to remove this former employee from Jeffco and prevent her from working in another educational setting. We recognize this is of little comfort to the family. We deeply regret how profoundly this violation has affected the family.” “Just a little update, the girl has since turned 18 years old and has moved out of the state with her teacher.“

#BREAKING High school teacher and tennis coach arrested for sexual relationship with student Detectives from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Winter Haven High School teacher on Thursday, July 23, 2026, after an investigation revealed that he had sexually battered a 15-year-old student numerous times whom he met at Winter Haven High in his capacity as a teacher. Cutshaw is also the boy’s tennis coach there. 55-year old Otis Cutshaw of Winter Haven was transported to the Sheriff’s Processing Center and charged with: 5 counts of sexual battery by custodial figure (FL), 5 counts of travelling to meet a minor (F2), 5 counts of unlawful use of a two-way communication device (F3), 7 counts of transmission of harmful material to a minor (F3), 8 counts of possession of obscene material depicting a minor (M2), use of a device to solicit sexual conduct with a minor (F3), child pornography (F3), offenses against students by authority figures (F2), lewd molestation (F2), and tampering with physical evidence (FL). The PCSO investigation began on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 after it was discovered that the victim was in an inappropriate relationship with the 55-year-old suspect. Detectives made contact with the victim who admitted that she had been in a sexual relationship with Cutshaw since school ended in May 2026 and that they communicated through messaging apps like GroupMe. According to the victim, the encounters occurred frequently at the beginning of summer and then daily during this past week. When detectives retrieved her phone, their messages appeared to have been deleted, but they were able to find substantial message history through forensic analysis. Detectives found numerous pictures, videos, and messages all predominately sexual in nature including photographs and videos of Cutshaw with his penis exposed or while masturbating that he had sent to the victim. During a phone call between the victim and Cutshaw, he told her that he deleted their chat history and that he needed to know what she had told law enforcement so that they could “match their stories.” While speaking to detectives, Cutshaw admitted to traveling to the victim’s residence and engaging in oral sex and penile-vaginal intercourse without a condom on approximately five occasions while her parents were away. He also admitted to exchanging nude photos and videos, providing the victim with gifts, and deleting their chat history because he knew law enforcement was coming to his house. Cutshaw also stated that despite the circumstances, he remains optimistic that he will eventually be able to marry the 15-year-old victim. Cutshaw is married and has two kids of his own. “We are disgusted to hear that someone entrusted with educating and protecting children has been arrested for such unacceptable behavior,” said Fred Heid, superintendent of Polk County Public Schools. “We are terminating his employment, and he will have no further involvement with our students. The school district will continue to cooperate fully with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office investigation, and we appreciate deputies moving so quickly to address this situation.”

Here is the FULL body cam footage of the arrest and the events that led up to it. And here is a breakdown of what ACTUALLY happened. - On May 20th at approximately 12:34 p.m., a Fairfield Police Officer serving as a School Resource Officer responded to a large physical fight involving multiple students at Fairfield High School. During the altercation, one student physically fought with a school official who was attempting to break up the fight, prompting the officer to immediately request emergency assistance. - While trying to stop the fight, the officer observed a student attempting to retrieve an item from a backpack. Believing the student could be reaching for a weapon, the officer confiscated two backpacks and turned them over to school staff. - The officer escorted one involved student to the school office, while a large crowd of students followed behind and continued attempting to fight the detained student. - The officer then attempted to detain a second student who was actively trying to continue the fight. The student refused commands, ran into a crowd where additional fights were occurring, and then struck the officer in an attempt to avoid being detained. - As the officer escorted the second student toward the school office, the student repeatedly pulled away and continued resisting. Additional officers arrived to assist with the escalating situation. - The second student suddenly broke free and turned aggressively toward the officer after already assaulting him. Another responding officer immediately performed a takedown maneuver to stop the student before the situation escalated further and to protect the officer from additional harm. - Even after being taken to the ground, the second student continued resisting arrest by tensing his arms, covering his face, and refusing to place his hands behind his back while officers attempted to handcuff him. - Officers used distraction strikes to gain compliance after repeated failed attempts to secure the student’s hands. The student eventually complied and was placed under arrest. - Officers later located sharp objects, including a screwdriver, inside the confiscated backpacks. Both students were arrested for causing a disturbance on a school campus and resisting arrest. According to police, no officers or students were injured during the incident. Do I REALLY need to point out that the officer himself is black?

3rd grade teacher gets arrested for drinking on the job. On the first day of class, school officials noticed Coates acting strangely. When confronted by Superintendent Doug Ogle and the School principal, the details became increasingly shocking: After claiming her slurred speech was due to "anxiety meds," Coates blew a .24 on a breathalyzer—3x the legal limit for driving. The superintendent found a blue cup in her classroom filled with red wine. While she initially called it "juice," she eventually admitted to drinking on her way to work that morning. School officials tried to help her secure a safe ride home, but her refusal to cooperate her tampering with the blue cup that was found led to her being arrested for Public Intoxication on school grounds. If the school arrest wasn't enough, the story took a bizarre turn during her sentencing Coates arrived at the Payne County Courthouse to plead guilty to the original charge. However, the Judge noticed she was unsteady and slurred her words. After entering her plea and being handed a deferred sentence (probation), the Judge ordered an immediate breath test. "Drunk as a Skunk": The test confirmed she was intoxicated while standing before the Judge. Her probation was effectively violated the moment it began. She was arrested in the courtroom and taken straight back to the same jail she had visited months prior. She is no longer employed by the Perkins-Tryon school district and, given the high-profile nature of the two arrests, her teaching license and career were effectively terminated. As part of her ongoing legal battle, she was required to undergo substance abuse evaluations and outpatient after-care.
