38 feels great!

You have one of the best chests I've seen 😩 I'll always be gay, man 😮‍💨😅

lol Preciate you!!! Same!!! 🫶🏾

Looks Great Too! 🔥

Nobody has ever answered if bodies like this stay like this all day. Like, what happens when fit people like this eat? I’m genuinely curious

lol!! I eat 4 meals and a shake!

No, I mean does your physique visibly change? I know it’s an odd question, but I’ve NEVER seen any fit person like yourself with bloating or a “food baby” Does your stomach just stay flat all day?

Ooo!! We definitely get food baby’s. Will most of us show it?…prolly not. Most of the time we are sucking in, tightening up, etc. for photos or videos we know will go out to the public. This is me without suckin/flexing.

This is a bit of a first for me! I feel like fitness is never shown through the lens of normalcy. Thank you for being transparent; although to me you look the same.😅 It’s just helpful to know. There’s such pressure to always look “snatched” even under everyday conditions

Haha that’s fair! But yeah! Please try and remove that pressure and run your own race. Know that social media is just that….social media. It’s not necessary reality.

True. Sometimes the comparison is to find that level of “normal” Example, how much bloating is normal or acceptable? Does it mean I’m not working out enough etc? What does a dream physique look like in real life? Etc You are right though. We’re running our own race.
