"Fighters' Impact" is a fighting game released by Taito for the arcade and PS1. The game itself has some B-grade elements mixed in, but unlike DOA, it's a game with somewhat difficult controls. It is definitely not an easy game.

The fighting game that allowed to chain in any order all the moveset of the character until the same move weren't repeated. An interesting concept i don't think i have ever seen in any other fighting game.
