🐿️ Since I’m right next to them (members) watching all the members prepare, one thing I felt while watching this promotion period is that I think the members have always been like this. I mean, when it comes to the part each person is given - the part where they’re the main focus - I think they’ve always worked incredibly hard to make that part look as attractive as possible. And what made me happy this time was that a lot of people came to realize that. That’s what made me happy, nothing else. In the end, it’s the same for the other members and for me as well, but when I looked at the process Sanie went through and the effort he put into preparing, I don’t think it was luck at all. I watched the various steps that went into creating that part, and since I was beside him through all of it, what I felt was not, “He was just lucky,” but rather, “People recognized the parts he had thought so much about (and put effort into it).” That’s why it made me happy. If, during the process of preparing, we hadn’t actually gone through all of that - if there hadn’t been that history behind it - I think I would’ve genuinely been like, “What are we supposed to do?” If I’d thought, “This isn’t what we intended… From what I see, this is completely… (??),” then I think I would’ve been worried. But there definitely was effort put into creating it. I know that the other members are constantly making those kinds of efforts too. I know it, and I’ll keep doing that as well. Of course, it’s also true that this opportunity became even more of a stimulus/inspiration for me and gave me motivation to work harder. I believe I won the championship this year my way, by being a fair driver, by trying to be an honest driver. At times, could I have been more aggressive and got off the brakes and had a few people over? I certainly could have done, and maybe I would need to do more of that in the future. But did I need to do it this year? Is that the way I want to go racing? Is that me? It's not. When I am at the gym and I see somebody’s water bottle there or a towel or something. I know they just stepped away for a moment and that the machine is occupied. Out of respect I won’t move it out of the way only for them to come back and have to explain themselves anyways. This young lady on the machine left her water bottle on it because she stepped away for a moment to use the restroom only for somebody else to come by and try to use it in her place. Would you have understood the etiquette or is it just a free for all? When I first started working out I was unfamiliar with the gym etiquette. Some people just got done with a hard set and need to stand up and walk for a few moneys or get a drink of water and they use it as their rest period so that they can go back at it. Interrupting that process is the same thing as booting them off the machine mid workout. It’s rude and uncalled for but why does it keep happening? I think what it is, is that some people are very judgmental, they see others and think that they are more serious about working out than the other person so that to them it means they are entitled to use it first because their workouts are more important. I used to let them do that to me but no more. I treat it as first come first serve, if they don’t want to wait then maybe they need to avoid the gym during peak hours. This is the very reason I work out in the middle of the night most of the time. I rather not be bothered and if I need to take my time I can, most of the time nobody else is even there anyways when I go.

Customer gets into an argument with the staff over their pizza, walks outside the door and immediately throws it on the ground. Takes a step and slips and falls, talk about karma coming back at you quickly. As the manager on duty I think I would understand why the customer left angry but I wouldn’t wish harm on anyone. I think I would even offer to make them a new pizza. I would take this opportunity to take a customer that will never come back, and turn it into a pleasant experience for them. Maybe the customer was just having a bad day and they flipped out for no reason, it happens to us all. But after all they did pay for a pizza because they wanted to eat it, it wouldn’t bother me that they did it themself. I would still remake it, let them enjoy their pizza and cool down, who knows, they might and realize they were wrong and apologize next time they order. That’s what I would want if this happened to me.

Robert De Niro originally wanted to play Max Cherry in Jackie Brown, the role that eventually went to Robert Forster. However, Quentin Tarantino had written the role with Forster in mind and had already promised him the part. Tarantino explains… “I wrote Jackie Brown, and I decided at some point in writing the script that Robert Forster would be terrific as Max Cherry. I turned the Akizone Prism Customisable Model into a GIFtuber ✨ I’ve wanted to try this model for a while now, but I knew my MacBook wouldn’t handle VTube Studio while streaming. So I customised the model, recorded each expression, edited them into looping clips, exported them as GIFs, and placed them into Veadotube. I recorded my process too! It is a bit of work, but if anyone is interested, I can edit the video and upload it at some point 🥹🤍

Faker: I’m actually not the leader type. I wasn’t the leader type back then either. Like I mentioned earlier, I used to just play games at home, I mostly just played games at home and didn’t enjoy going out or socializing, and becoming a leader was even more not the case for me. Faker: But now I’ve been living as a gamer for almost 13 years, about 13 years as a pro gamer and there are times when it (leadership) becomes necessary in pro life. So once I realized that, I felt that for our team to win, if I want to win, I need to support my teammates and help them perform better. Faker: From there, I started thinking about what it takes to be a leader so I’ve been reading some books about it.... Yes, I’ve read about five or six books related to leadership. I also spent a lot of time thinking about how I could help my teammates improve. Along the way, I acted on these ideas and reflected on them. “when you charles leclerc go to bed, what do you think of?” 🆑: what i love most doing is racing. but i raced since i'm three and a half years old and i spent many of my nights thinking about racing and racing only but i'm also very creative. i think one of the things with me is that i love being creative but at the same time, i get obsessed with things very quickly and with new passions. one week it will be padel and the other week will be music and piano. every week i find a new thing that i'm super curious about, that i want to learn of and that i keep thinking about. and so sometimes it can be not really related to racing and it can be any new passions like padel or music. and sometimes it's racing. it's not necessarily always the same thing. but when a thought is too strong for you to fall asleep, as i said, i value sleeping. and so i want sleeps and then so i found ways in order to try and switch off the brain as much as possible. 🎥: eight sleep

“when you charles leclerc go to bed, what do you think of?” 🆑: what i love most doing is racing. but i raced since i'm three and a half years old and i spent many of my nights thinking about racing and racing only but i'm also very creative. i think one of the things with me is that i love being creative but at the same time, i get obsessed with things very quickly and with new passions. one week it will be padel and the other week will be music and piano. every week i find a new thing that i'm super curious about, that i want to learn of and that i keep thinking about. and so sometimes it can be not really related to racing and it can be any new passions like padel or music. and sometimes it's racing. it's not necessarily always the same thing. but when a thought is too strong for you to fall asleep, as i said, i value sleeping. and so i want sleeps and then so i found ways in order to try and switch off the brain as much as possible. 🎥: eight sleep

When I was at the pizza shop, a mom came in with her 3 kids. She ordered a small cheese pizza for the kid’s dinner, without judging her, I saw she pulled up in an older sky blue Dodge Caravan, it was missing a hubcap and a little rusty. The kids were clearly excited about the pizza, that tells me they didn’t get it often. I knew what I had to do. I invited the kids into the kitchen , I gave them each a medium pizza dough in a pan and told them to make their pie pizza however they wanted and that would show them how. I ladled some sauce on each of their pizza crusts and then told them to put some cheese on it, and they were having a blast, made a nice mess too but it’s cool I didn’t really care. Then I had them top their pizzas. The youngest one put four pepperonis on the whole pizza in which I intervened and told him he should space it out and put more so that he could have pepperoni in each bite. I also showed them how to make breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The mom was so happy that her kids had a blast and I knew I did the right thing. I didn’t put her on blast I made it into a learning day for the kids and fed them well. Like this lady I grew up poor too, I know what it’s like to be hungry, and a hungry child is a sad sight to see for me, it reminded me of my own experience too much. So I always say to myself that if I can fix that I will. Am I going to solve world hunger? No, but if I can make a difference in somebody’s life I will. I’m sure you would too. This woman clearly has her heart in the right place by feeding the kids in the neighborhood, she is truly leading by example.
