@BrianRoemmele MIT's Active Fiber project (2010) pioneered programmable materials that change shape and properties - now 3D printing enables precise control of fiber architecture at microscale. The same principles of self-assembling structures found in spider silk.

Another high quality shirt. When worn in public I receive nothing but love! Passerby's say love the shirt man! Then I tell them where they can get their own.

Great, but who is doing this? Who produced the video, and who has this manufacturing operational at this moment? Where is the industry taking place? Is it taking place in the US?

Finally, fashion that crashes when you sit down too fast.

Bye bye China, Bangladesh, Vietnam etc

3d scan your body for precise fit, then 3d print your clothing.

Super cool. So many industries are ripe for change. Bring it on!

On demand tailored clothing. No more waste and no more overstock.

You can now buy these tube formed, seamless clothing, on Amazon. Some ironing required, but, that could seem pretentious, so I wouldn't do that as it might impact your social credit scoring.

The garment itself probably would not last very long because those tubes will eventually stretch, losing its ability to hang correctly on the body. But I’m sure it’d be very comfortable.

Worth trying out
