@BrianRoemmele 3D printing has roots in topography - the first patent was filed by Hideo Kodama in 1980 for photopolymer rapid prototyping. Modern techniques like selective laser sintering can now print metal alloys with nanoscale precision.

Janet, it is additive, thusly not “tooling”. I don’t add the soundtracks, China seems to favor them.
