𝗔 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗧𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀! 🚀 Aerolloy Technologies, a subsidiary of PTC Industries, has achieved a momentous feat by becoming 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 to commission a Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) furnace and produce aerospace-grade Titanium alloy ingots. This positions Aerolloy among the 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 with the capability to produce Titanium alloys for critical aerospace and defence applications. With an impressive 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝟭,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗠𝗧 and the ability to produce ingots up to 1,000 mm in diameter and 10 MT in weight, this technological leap bridges a critical gap in India's manufacturing capabilities. The ability to produce aerospace grade Titanium alloys places Aerolloy in a select group of global companies. This achievement marks a major stride towards India's self-reliance in strategic materials and brings us closer to our aim of achieving 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, as it eliminates the country’s dependency on imports for aerospace-grade Titanium alloys. Aerolloy Technologies is now well-positioned to meet global demand, while driving innovation and reinforcing India’s leadership in advanced manufacturing. A proud moment for Aerolloy, PTC Industries, and India! 🇮🇳 Read the full update here: James C
