After the success of the film Dhurandhar, renowned film director Aditya Dhar and his wife, actress Yami Gautam, visited the world-famous Shaktipeeth Shri Naina Devi Temple in Himachal Pradesh along with their family. His mother, Anjali Gautam, and maternal relatives Anoop Gautam, Sachin Gautam, and Mohit Gautam were also present. There, they performed traditional rituals, including worship and Kanjak Puja, and offered prayers to the Goddess. Aditya Dhar said that visiting the Goddess’s shrine brings him immense inner peace and that the Goddess fulfills every wish. Two, who to blame when something goes wrong. Three, what to steal today. Only four, mission success. I think as Ukrainians, as Americans, as Brits, we're often motivated by mission success. You want organization you work for to be successful, you want your country to be successful, you want British Army to be successful, I want US Navy to be successful, I want NASA to be successful. That wasn't my experience with Russian cosmonauts I worked with. I'm talking about dozens of people that I knew well, what motivated them when they went to work every day. At the top of the list was that they really cared about the appearance that they were in charge of something, not mission success. Now, whether they were really actually in charge of it or not didn't matter so much. Mission success wasn't even number two. Number two on the list, I would say, was whether they knew who to blame when something went wrong, like placing the blame. Russians have a position in their Mission Control Center which is called "mistakes officer." When a Russian cosmonaut makes a mistake, they keep track of it and they take money out of their pay. I would say the third thing, even before mission success, was what am I going to steal from my employer today. And we would talk about that. They were very open about this. And apparently there's a saying in Russian that if you didn't steal something at work that day, you did not have a good day. For us, and I think everybody in this room here, mission success is the thing that matters more than anything else. And for the Russians I worked with, it might have been number four on the list. So I actually was not that surprised about their incompetence.

Will Bhojshala be liberated today? Two years ago, in March 2024, I went to Bhojshala and had to buy a ticket to enter Maa Vagh Devi Mandir. To my surprise, there was no murti of Maa in the compound. Locals informed me that it had been looted by the British and taken to a London museum. Back-to-back Islamic invasions turned this “Nalanda of MP,” where students once studied dharma, into what they now call “Kamal Maula Mosque.” The space near our temple is occupied by Islamists. Wherever you turn your eyes, you will find an Islamist living. This place serves as a temple on Tuesdays and a mosque on Fridays, with thousands gathering for prayers. On regular days, people flock inside the compound wearing slippers and shoes. What is our havan kund is their wuzu khana. What is our garbha griha is their sitting area for the Maulvi. What are our inscriptions with references to Bhagwan Ram and the Saraswati Mantra is a platform for them to walk on. What is our Saraswati Koop is what they call Akkal Kua. And more… The more you see, the more it hurts! Now, coming to the struggle: In 2003, under Digvijay Singh’s regime, clashes happened in Bhojshala, leaving three Hindus dead and over hundreds jailed, including 50 women. Another important detail about the temple is that a “Sankalp Jyoti” has been burning since 2005, waiting for Maa Vagh Devi’s sthapana in the temple. The Jyoti is burning inside a temple located 200 metres from the original temple, now an ASI monument. Today Indore High Court is going to announce the verdict in the dispute. Speaking of the 2004 election in Ohio, John Kerry told Brian Lehrer in 2018 that “The problem for us was we were doubting whether the [voting] machines themselves had been appropriately measured & whether the algorithms were correct, etc. We challenged that ahead of time by the way. People don’t know that. And we were told by the court that we were not able to get that algorithm, to check it, bc it was proprietary information. And I believe that it was absolutely incorrect that in the United States of America, the election for the presidency of the United States should somehow be the purview of privately owned machines where the public doesn’t have the right to know whether the algorithms can be checked or whether they are hackable or not. And we now know they are hackable. But we knew as we sat there to decide where to go in terms of the challenge, that we were a nation at war, we had just been through a Supreme Court test of an election four years earlier. I thought once I measured it that whatever constitutional challenge we brought or whatever appropriate challenge we brought to the ballots that were counted, it was going to wind up ultimately in the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court would do the same thing that it did before. We would take the country through a three month exercise with a 5/4 decision that would award the presidency back to George Bush. Now some people may think that’s the right thing to have done. 🐿 Also, thanks to all of you, I’m really happy that this year too we can seriously try doing 6K together again. I talked about it on Fromm as well, but World Vision was really, really grateful, and ATINY also felt really happy about it. We’ll do it again this year, right? We will do it again this year. That really had a big impact on me. When we first went there and talked, they said that with the money raised last year through World Vision’s clean water project, they actually went to Africa themselves and worked on digging wells. Someday, I really want to try doing that myself too if I get the chance - they went and did that. Those kids, even just walking 6KM is hard, but the distance itself isn’t safe, so strangers or other people sometimes attack the children. And because that road is so dangerous, they can’t go at night. So they have to go during the day, which means they can’t go to school. Because they can’t attend classes, and without classes, when those children grow up, it becomes harder to do other kinds of work, since they lack basic education - so things like that happen in a chain reaction. So opportunities become fewer for the children. That’s why they dig wells right next to the school, so the kids can safely attend all their classes and then collect water before going home - that’s what they said, and after hearing that… I was already interested in it, but more than I expected, I realized, “Wow, we really spent two years together doing a campaign that truly helped create a good atmosphere in that community.” Thinking about it like that made me feel really good. 🐿 This time, you probably saw it - I did - but before, through the Dream Wings Club, I separately selected a few children and supported a certain number of them. But honestly, what I didn’t know exactly was whether those kids knew me. I wasn’t sure if they knew that I was the one supporting them. I supported kids who were doing arts and sports, and those kids grew up and started winning awards - even awards overseas. They showed me in a report how their dreams were used, how much they achieved for their dreams, and although you can’t really measure dreams in percentages, they showed how close they got to their first set goals - so I felt really touched. And during the event - the day before yesterday’s event - in the middle of it, one child gave a congratulatory message, and another child performed a dance to our song, so when I saw that, I felt really moved. 🐿️ Still, thanks to ATINY, after debuting and working hard, I share the love I received from ATINY back to ATINY, but the thought of trying something small that I could do for other places too came to me with a really proud feeling. So I thought that I should become an even better person. Seeing that things actually changed through the things I participated in made me think, “Maybe I really can become a better person.” Thinking like that myself felt really good to me too. So I think that’s what it is - there’s just something about things like that. 🐿 This year too, while we have fun and enjoy doing various things together, if there are good deeds that I come to learn about and want to do together, I’ll look into them carefully and find ways we can do them together. I recently realized that when I’m hungry, I tend to feel really down. But I really don’t want to overeat anymore. The feeling of being just comfortably full makes me happy, but being overly full from eating too much is really uncomfortable. So I always try to eat just enough, but I have a big appetite, so it’s hard. Recently, I’ve really realized how much I love food. I’ve discovered that I have a huge appetite. I was eating quickly, in case someone might eat it before me, and… yeah. But why am I so thin? I really can’t gain weight anymore. It doesn’t come back easily. I thought it would come back quickly, but maybe it’s because I’ve been consistently working out since the fashion show? I feel like I look smaller these days… but I like how I am now. I’m proud of myself for eating just the right amount and exercising healthily. You guys tell me to gain weight, but I’m already eating well and exercising on top of that.
