The situation in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, remains tense despite government claims. Local people are facing an internet shutdown, major roads are closed, and daily life has been disturbed for many weeks. If this is the condition of the capital, it is not hard to imagine what the rest of Balochistan is going through. There is no electricity, businesses are stopped, roads are closed, water is scarce, gas is cut, and the internet is shut down and sadly, even speaking the truth is becoming difficult. This woman is an air traffic controller and hasn’t been paid due to the government shutdown. She calls different companies that she has bills through and she calls Spectrum to see what they could do due to the government shutdown. They told her pretty much too bad, if you don’t pay we’re going to shut your internet or tv off.. Time to boycott spectrum!
