4 years ago today Tekken 8 was officially revealed

No heat, less excessive particles on hit, better graphics and lighting. They fooled us all

And it was insane back then, the hype was real, the emotions…this trailer was perfect🥹 And now you look at the game current state and you just sigh…but yeah we should enjoy this game more, Namco prob going to put this franchise on hold after this one…

The silliest part of this trailer; They showed the screw system, yet we never got a screw system. We got the tornado system instead.

Damn, this game could've been so good

Before they showed heat, meters, seizure-inducing flashs of light, all the "fireballs" and, most importantly, before they waited until the game was out to reveal the shop. I was Tekken's biggest fanboy up until 7, now I'm praying VF Crossroads is actually a martial arts game.

No 50/50 slop, no armor slop, no tracking heat, more martial arts representation, anti-cheat, a consistent shop and it would be better than sf6
