I don't know very many women over 40 who are struggling with being too thin. Lol. Not that it isn't a thing, just not most of us, particularly after a few kids.

You look great! No one wants to see a gaunt over-40 woman.

I found size 6 is the best to hold to avoid the look.(I’m in my 50s now). Just a lot of protein. I can’t eat gram per pound style, but 110g is the goal.

I will bookmark this for next year. still in my 30s for now lol
