Hahaha nitch. (Niche) is pronounced Neesh. And washer & dryer in closet is worst idea ever. Extraction fan? What about the condensation? Water supply to washer? Overflow provisions?

Only note is having the washer & dryer stacked means it’ll be impossible to fish out an object that clogs the washer line. Yes, many washers have an access panel in the front, but that’s good for only about 50% of clogs. Side by side washer & dryer is better for maintenance.

The missing footage is from 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing), from 5:39:40PM - 5:39:54PM (14 seconds missing), from 5:40:16PM - 5:40:26PM (10 seconds missing), from 5:40:37PM - 5:50:53PM (16 seconds missing), from 5:41:44PM - 5:41:47 (3 seconds missing), from 5:41:58 - 5:42:00 (2 seconds missing), from 5:42:50 - 5:42:54 (4 seconds missing) Total: 1 minute and 23 seconds missing between 5:35:06PM - 5:43:58PM. This was just minutes before the first taillight pieces were found at Fairview Road (the scene of John O'Keefe's death). To this day, it is unclear if anyone has found the Mystery Man who is suspected of being at the center of potential upcoming investigations by state and federal authorities as to John's death.
