This 5-4-3-2-1 grocery hack is actually pretty genius if you tend to get sidetracked and leave the store with a bunch of random stuff you didn’t need. You just grab 5 veggies, 4 proteins, 3 fruits, 2 starches, 2 breads, and 1 sweet treat. It keeps things simple, helps you stay on budget, and still gives you enough to make meals for the week. I don’t know which hack I like more though — this shopping method or the laundry basket she uses to make loading and unloading the car way easier. Both are low-key brilliant.
