So, corn syrup is sugar, Sodium nitrate is found in greens and leaves, artificial sweetener replaces sugar for people with diabetes and food coloring is really depending on its origin. Excess of sugar is bad and some artificial coloring is bad. Listening to crap online is worse.

What's crazy is when you start looking, EVERYTHING has those ingredients. I was looking for chips or crackers today and most of them had either canola oil or seed oils in them. Ended up not getting anything. Looked at like 20 different brands.

Who is this woman and why do you believe her? Xylitol is Like Maple Syrup except from a birch tree. Xylitol occurs naturally in small amounts in plums, strawberries, cauliflower, and pumpkin; humans and many other animals make trace amounts.
