5 INVESTIGATES has now uncovered multiple incomplete applications that were approved for a Minnesota Promise grant. Key questions went unanswered, but they still got taxpayer-funded grants. The state still hasn’t turned over more than 1,000 applications from the Twin Cities.

@crazycorpsman22 The legislation I am asking legislators to take up will close these vulnerabilities before the program is even started. This will save Minnesotans millions, possibly billions of dollars.
