5 months ago, I could barely walk without pain. Training was impossible. Sleep was miserable. My neck and spine were on fire… but the hardest battle was mental. Today, I’m moving again. Pain free. Time to rebuild. 💪🔥 . #queenaminata

Sitting next to me are the paramedics who were in the same house that was bombed. They lost their colleague, who was trying to rescue people and was blown to pieces. I’m trying to console them, but I’m overwhelmed by the pain from my injuries.

You need more proof? I hope no one rides on his back and shoulders ever again! Spine injury is complex. It won't be felt right away but would manifest on daily activities through pain. Even lying down to sleep would be very difficult. Jungkook has been doing extreme choreography from the start where he was tasked to carry members over and over again during performances. He needs to take care of himself because the pain brought about by spine injury is painful and debilitating.

i was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in september & a few months ago i couldn’t run let alone walk without assistance. tonight i’m running for the first time & i’m really proud of myself! i obviously still have balance and coordination issues but i’ve come a longggg way!

Have you ever had to say goodbye to your best friend? “What’s the hardest part about having a dog? It’s knowing that I signed up for both the greatest joy, and my deepest heartache. Because one day they will be gone…” I have, Bandit ended up with rapidly progressing cancer. It was awful, he was in pain, eventually he couldn't walk. And, the joy in his eyes turned to pain. And that is something you will never understand until you experience it. But. I signed up for that pain again when I adopted my Bastion. It’s better to lose a dog, than never know a dog’s love.

🤒😭Unfortunately I am very unwell, my friends. I have not been feeling my best the past couple of days, and I have been growing more tired every minute. Last night was miserable, I was in so much pain I could not sleep, the pain in my head and in my body was causing me hallucinations and I felt as though I would die. This morning was not any better and I was so dizzy I could not see properly, and I felt so tired I could not describe it. I have just returned from the hospital, my friends, where I was able to receive a treatment to help me feel only a little better. I am still so exhausted, not only physically but mentally too. The fear of famine and death in a horrific way is still on my mind, even through this terrible pain. I'd be very grateful if you could pray for us all, for a better situation ahead, and for an end to this cruelty against us. Please support us and continue to help us via our fundraisers so we can continue to distribute aid, my friends. Your support for me and my friends gives me great hope in these miserable times, and I hope you will continue to do so..🫂 🙏🚨 🫂😢 🐾🙏 🫂 🚨🙏 🐾🐈

A wrestling accident nearly 9 years ago, put me in a wheelchair activating the most painful disease known to mankind. 7 of these years I went undiagnosed. I was trapped in that wheelchair! Only pain and sadness, no hope! I wanted to die! Years passed, Without any answers, I was imprisoned in my own body as I just sat. I would roll my chair to a window and watch the sun rise and set. During this time I put on a lot of weight. Battling my disease undiagnosed going without pain treatments, I was trapped in my body. the medical community abandoned me! So I took it upon myself to learn how to walk again without the aid of a rehab facility and without the aid of pain pills. no weight loss surgery, no shots, no pills, all organic and 100% blood sweat and tears!! My disease is still active, but I’m still fighting. My body is different, after all of these battles! I now have scars to prove my story… I live in a very cosmetic based business…I’ll never be able to have plastic surgery due to my health conditions… So now, people ask me how I found the strength….how have I done all of this as I battle the most painful pain known to mankind, how did i do this?? The truth?? I really I had no choice!! I was going to die or fight! I fell in love with professional wrestling. I wasn’t going to let MY sport kill me! I refused to die in that chair. If wrestling was going to take me out! It will be in that ring! With the help of God…I’m walking, smiling and soon wrestling a full match! This is wrestling with CRPS! Are you watching?
