I just watched a video by Charleston White… and for once, he said something that hits every man in his bones. A man can give everything he has… his strength, his youth, his peace, his labor, his sanity… and he will stay invisible until the day he dies. As long as he’s perfect, nobody sees him. The bills get paid… nobody sees him. The house stays standing… nobody sees him. He keeps danger off the family… nobody sees him. He wakes up exhausted and still gives more… nobody sees him. We had a frank conversation about Alberta independence, the United States, staying in Canada, and what kind of future he wants for his family. He told us he strongly supports Alberta independence and most of his friends do as well. He agreed to take an Alberta independence sign for his property. That matters. Because this movement grows one honest conversation at a time. One truck window at a time. One farm gate at a time. One highway property at a time. One Alberta flag at a time. I sat down with David Adelman, co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers and CEO of Campus Apartments ($2B net worth, invested in 90+ companies) and asked him: if he had to start over with nothing today, where would he go looking for his first million and his next $100 million: 5 things that stood out: 1. He judges every business by what he calls the "back of house" - the parts customers never see. At his own properties he skips the lobby and checks the fire escapes and the maintenance shop. In the home service companies he owns, he says he can predict which crews will hit their numbers just by opening the doors of their vans. If the parts nobody's grading are clean and organized, the rest of the business usually is too. 2. He kept coming back to HVAC and electrical companies. The US is short 2 million electricians, and they're already making close to $200,000 a year. Most of the owners running these businesses are pushing 70 with no kids willing to take over, meaning the entire industry is sitting there waiting for someone to show up and take it. He sees this as today's most underexploited asset class, the same way campus housing was decades ago. 3. His filter for people is whether he can trust them to deliver. He says you can't do a deal with someone dishonest and expect that to change once you're partners. But he also told a story on himself: at 24, he walked away from a good deal purely because the seller was rude and condescending, not because the guy was untrustworthy. He lost the property to someone else, and his own partner called him out for it. Being an asshole and being untrustworthy are two different problems, and only one of them should be the reason you kill a deal. 4. Before he backs anyone, he asks himself this question: if this deal fails, would I do a second deal with this same person? He's backed several founders two or three times after a loss, because the failure came down to timing, not character. He'd also rather fund someone who's an 8 in intelligence with a 10 in work ethic than the reverse. 5. He runs the same test on people already working for him. His rule: bad news doesn't get better with time. He wants managers who lead with what's going wrong before what's going right, and it bothers him whenever he loses a customer, a tenant, a season ticket holder, without knowing exactly why beforehand. These were the days when the world not only had respect for a U.S. president, they loved him as much as America did. His representation of his country on the world stage was NEVER viewed as it is by a man now viewed as the global village idiot. His name appears ZERO times in the Epstein files. He never needed to praise himself once, name a road or a building after him. He never sued the DOJ or filed malicious law suits against those who disagreed with or criticised him, because real men can take criticism. He didn’t pretend to have a healthcare plan, he passed one into law. He never mocked disabled people or asked not to be seen with service members who had lost limbs in service of this nation, neither did he call those who fought and died for this nation ‘suckers and losers’ He won an ACTUAL Nobel Peace Prize and didn’t have to make up numbers for how many people attended his inauguration. He needed no monuments to his presidency because he had absolutely nothing to prove. He served his nation with honour dignity and respect, the same respect he afforded America’s allies. He did not run an international extortion gang from the Oval Office and certainly didn’t send masked thugs into red state communities to brutalise them in order to instil fear. He rebuilt a broken economy after the housing crash he faced in the year he was elected, handing off a growing economy when he left office in 2016. He never stole money from low and middle income workers to hand tax cuts to the rich, while setting up a crypto bribe pipeline. FBI team up with Arkansas state police to bust corrupt Sheriff. This is the video of Sheriff James Stephens of Johnson County Arkansas getting caught as part of an FBI sting. Arkansas state police were directed by the FBI to pull over Stephens as part of a normal traffic stop. During the stop Stephens claimed he was visiting a confidential Informant (CI) as his reason for traveling outside of his county. What Stephens was not aware of was the house he stopped at was being monitored by the FBI. It was due to this visit that the FBI instructed the trooper to stop Stephens. During the stop a search was conducted and pills and large amounts of Marijuana were found. It was at that time the Sheriff was taken into custody. The story didn't stop there as he stayed on as the Sheriff while he fought the charges which is mind blowing to me. In the end he took a plea deal. He plead guilty to felony possession of hydrocodone. In return he resigned as Sheriff and surrendered his certificate so he can never work in law enforcement again. He also got a sweetheart deal of 6 months probation and a fine of 10k. Another easy penalty for a public official. What do you think the penalty would be for a regular citizen?

Cowards. To really understand what kind of cowards Kendrick, UMG, and that whole 20-vs-1 industry lineup really are- just look at when they chose to attack Drake. The man finally said he needed to step back for a moment- to take a medical leave, to deal with real stomach issues, to focus on his health, Fifteen years he carried this entire industry on his back, nonstop. Fifteen years of hits, tours, culture, pressure, and the second he tried to finally take care of himself, they pounced. They didn’t go after him at full strength. They didn’t go after him during an album rollout. They waited until he was vulnerable, on tour, exhausted, dealing with health problems, and that’s when they blindsided him.
