Progressive overload. Started with 315 for 3 reps and added a rep per week until I got to 8 reps. Then I raised the weight to 335 for 3 reps. After two weeks I got 5 reps. I will keep adding a rep until I get 8 reps then raise the weight to 355. There you go, progressive overload for dummies. 😂
