For my birthday dinner, I had General Cary's beef (made with honey), atop a pile of fancy white rice. It's not a cheat meal because I don't expect to get away with anything. My body will hold me fully accountable for my actions. I'll probably be a little bloated and very unmotivated for the rest of the day but today's a good day for that. How was the sauce? It was freaking amazing. Had it been a little less sweeter and had I used half as much orange zest, it would have been 10 instead of a 9. If enough people comment "Recipe", I'll throw own together for you.

well, didn't die, but i kinda almost did. kinda scary and it was my first real "wtf I'm not invincible" moment. it honestly messed my head up, I'm still processing it and kinda depressed about it. today was my first day being able to do anything physical at all. I walked for 30 minutes on a treadmill. tomorrow I'll try some very light compound lifts just for movements sake. I'm not ready for anything heavy or a BJJ workout yet. i quit smoking and vaping, but now I'm addicted to zyn. at least my lungs work again though. thanks for all the well wishes and the check ups from my friends here and tiktok 🤙🏻

“Perfect WWE Superstars” No lies told. Is it overkill posting at this point? Yes of course but my whole schtick is overkill. And I had to make my point… Even though I’m known for having a silly goose time, every day is a frustration. Constantly trying to figure out “whats next” and what else I can do. People every day asking “why aren’t you signed?”. It’s all in good faith, but it makes you feel like a failure. You live in your own head, CONSTANTLY. I don’t recommend it. It doesn’t allow you to live in the present. But seeing stuff like this? From a guy I have the utmost respect for? This makes it all worth it. To be mentioned by Matt Cardona , along with my pal Richard Holliday , really makes me sit back and appreciate this circus that we choose to be apart of. Never thought I’d say it, but we are got dam TOP GUYS. 😃👍🏻

It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something. It is not a sign you did the right thing. A trained muscle in a sensible programme should rarely be sore at all. The first few weeks of a new stimulus, yes. After that, your body adapts. The soreness fades. The growth carries on without it. People treat this as a problem to solve. They add drop sets. They add finishers. They chase the burn. They want that next-day ache back because the ache feels like proof. It is not proof. It is damage your body now has to repair before it can build anything new. The lifters making the most progress walk out of the gym feeling worked but not wrecked. They train the same muscle again 72 hours later because they can. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.

Day 5 of my 30-day water fast. Yesterday (Day 4) was the best day I’ve had so far. •Least cravings. •Least anger. •Least frustration. •Least crash-outs. It feels like I’m purging out every negative emotion and toxin that’s lived inside me. I’m having strong emotional responses—crying at things I wouldn’t normally cry at. Even just thinking about food hits different. Taco Bell. Sushi. Kebab. And during Ramadan, knowing my mom is cooking up a storm every night makes it even harder. The vape cravings? Completely gone. But I know that if I think about it too much, my body will remember, so I just keep my mind moving forward. Started at 200 lbs on Day 0 (night time weigh in with food intake and water intake, dropped to 192.2 on Day 1, and today, on Day 5, I’m at 181 lbs. Not trying to lose weight too fast—I need as much on me as possible to survive the next 25 days. But the best part of all this? Being live 24/7. Not just to prove I’m not eating, but because I’m building a real bond with the people watching. It’s just me, them, and Muffin in this cabin. Love you guys. "Why are young women using walking sticks?" One of the newer trends among Leftists is to use walking sticks or wheelchairs. I've seen this going on for a long time, but didn't think much of it until this article came out several days ago and Leftists had meltdowns over it. The people doing it tend to be fully capable of walking and functioning perfectly fine when they're in the mood to do it. They almost always identify as some form of LGBT, tend to be female, are often overweight, usually don't work, and are often self diagnosed with things like ADHD, chronic pain, fatigue, migraines..., which they claim cause their disabilities. There are countless people with actual disabilities who are often in severe pain, truly have issues with walking, are missing limbs, mostly paralyzed, have difficulty speaking, are deaf or blind, have different diseases that they fight against every day..., yet they try their best to function like most people, work, get degrees, have families, socialize.... People with true disabilities tend to treat them like abilities. They have something that may be seen as a a disability, but instead treat it as a slight disadvantage that pushes them try doing just as good, if not better than everyone else. They don't make it their whole identity. These "disabled" Leftists on the other hand make it their whole identity. Their bios and posts are full of them trying to push how "disabled" they are. The real disability of theirs is laziness and feeling the need to victimize themselves in order to get attention that they don't get otherwise and probably didn't get enough of when they were younger. There is now "disability pride month" to push how much of a victim their self diagnosis made them because they need a month to remind you of it every day instead of every other day. I'm all for having a month, week, or day to celebrate truly disabled people who overcome their disabilities every day, but most of what I've seen is these scumbags taking over such things. These same people would have a meltdown over "cultural appropriation," yet here they are pretending to be disabled. It's a disgrace.
