WHAT THE DASH CAM SHOWS VS KERRY TESTIMONY 6:13:20 AM Kerry is next to her passenger door First responders are actively giving CPR. Kerry is positioned in the street, close to her car. 6:13:50 AM Kerry walks several car lengths DOWN the road toward Cedarcrest She is now so far away she is barely visible in the dash cam frame. This is important BECAUSE She is nowhere near John. At all. 6:14:00 AM Stretcher arrives More responders come into view on dash cam, heading to John’s location. Kerry is so far down the street she cannot even be seen. 6:14:20 AM John is moved onto the stretcher Jen McCabe and Karen are directly in front of the cruiser in the shot the entire time. Kerry? Still invisible, Because she’s still SEVERAL car-lengths away. 6:14:45 AM John is moved toward the ambulance Paramedics pass by the cruiser with the stretcher. Karen and Jen are seen speaking to Officer Sarraf. Kerry? Still nowhere near John. 6:14:48 AM Kerry suddenly reappears Out of nowhere, she walks back into frame from the right side of the screen… and heads directly toward the exact location where John had just been lying. And what does she do? Picks up a blanket, Claims this is also when she picked up John’s phone This raises a canyon-sized problem for her testimony. Under oath, Kerry said: She saw John’s phone under him It was “grass” under his body The phone was “under his shoulder, right side of his back” She picked it up She later gave it to “a first responder,” but shocker cannot remember which one This supposedly happened while She was 4+ car lengths away Behind parked vehicles Not even visible on dash cam With ZERO line of sight to the right shoulder/back area of John’s body and at a time when only four officers were even on scene (Lank, Mullaney, Sarraf, Goode) She can’t remember which one she handed EVIDENCE to… …but she could magically see a phone tucked under a man’s shoulder from a football field away? How did Kerry see a phone under John’s shoulder… …from four car lengths away, behind cars, while performing the 100-yard walk-away routine? Why did she touch a phone at all? She was not law enforcement, not EMS, not instructed to collect evidence. So… why was she handling a critical piece of evidence? Why can’t she remember who she gave the phone to? There were FOUR CPD OFFICERS on scene. FOUR. Not forty. Not fifteen. Just four. But somehow the image of a phone under a man’s body is crystal clear… while the image of the officer she handed it to evaporates into thin air? IS THERE SOMETHING IN KERRYS LIFE THAT SOMEONE MAY BE HOLDING OVER HER HEAD THAT A GOOD PERSON LIKE HER WAS FORCED TO BEND THE NARRATIVE INTO WHAT THEY WANTED?????

A Filipino geologist filed gold flakes off his own wedding ring, convinced the world he found the largest gold deposit in history, and built a $6 BILLION company out of jungle dirt. There was no gold. Nobody went to prison. – Michael de Guzman was hired to test a jungle site in Borneo that twelve mining companies had already abandoned as worthless. – He filed gold flakes off his own wedding ring and mixed them into the crushed rock samples before sending them to the lab. – When results kept coming back positive he spent $61,000 buying gold from local river panners and added it to samples in precise quantities to avoid raising suspicion. – Bre-X went from a 30 cent penny stock to $286 per share. Lehman Brothers called it the gold discovery of the century. – The Ontario Teachers Pension Plan invested and lost $100 MILLION. The Quebec public pension fund lost $70 MILLION. Mutual funds across North America piled in. – Freeport-McMoRan, one of the largest mining companies on earth, was brought in to verify the site. They drilled one metre away from every hole Bre-X had drilled. – They found nothing. Insignificant amounts of gold across every single test. – On March 19 1997 de Guzman boarded a helicopter to meet Freeport executives. The pilot was a former Indonesian military officer who did not normally fly the route. – Twenty minutes into the flight the rear door opened. He fell 265 metres into the jungle below. – His body was recovered four days later. Decomposed. Missing its hands and feet. Evidence of strangulation on the neck. Cremated immediately without DNA testing. – The stock crashed 80 percent in a single day. $6 BILLION wiped out and 40,000 investors lost everything. – Nobody was ever criminally convicted. – One of his five wives received a $25,000 wire transfer from a Citibank branch in Brazil years after his funeral. The fax was written in handwriting she recognised as his. – Sightings of him alive were reported in the Philippines and South America for years afterwards. The biggest gold fraud in history was built with a wedding ring and $61,000 in river gold. The body that fell from the helicopter was cremated before DNA testing could confirm who it was.

NASA claims Comet 41P reversed its spin perfectly by 180 degrees because of "gas jets." As a physicist, I must state clearly: they are mathematically wrong. Space is QUANTIZED. ☄️🔄 A random explosion, outgassing, or jet creates chaotic, asymmetrical tumbling. It physically CANNOT force a rigid body to execute a flawless, conservative 180-degree heteroclinic transit and restabilize precisely on the exact opposite pole. So what actually flipped Comet 41P? Watch the telemetry video I just generated. The answer is the structural Hardware of the Vacuum. The Solar System is a Macroscopic Atom! What you are witnessing is a rigid body interacting with the Logvinovich Field K = ℚ(√2, √3, √5). Again and again, we see the EXACT same discrete geometry and the EXACT same field governing quantum nodes, spinning wingnuts in space stations, comets, and macroscopic planets! 🌍 THE TERRIFYING FATE OF EARTH If an asymmetric spinning body slows down to a critical threshold, it is forced by the vacuum's geometry to undergo this exact Dzhanibekov flip (Intermediate Axis Theorem). Earth is an asymmetric spinning body. A sudden 180-degree macroscopic pole shift is the only mathematically rigorous explanation for the catastrophic destruction of ancient civilizations. Global mega-tsunamis, continents washed away in hours, and ancient legends of "the Sun rising twice in one day"—this is not myth. It is a heteroclinic transit! 📊 WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IN THE VIDEO: 1️⃣ Left Panel (Kinematic Flow): The angular velocity vector (cyan) perfectly traces the heteroclinic separatrix on the momentum sphere, migrating deterministically from the +Ω to the -Ω pole. 2️⃣ Center Panel (Rigid Body): The physical body of the comet is mathematically forced to flip strictly due to the vacuum's structural tension. 3️⃣ Right Panel (Zero Numerology): The continuous torque-free Euler equations are parameterized ENTIRELY by the quantized vacuum metrics: I₁ = √2 (Polar Axis) I₂ = √3 (Intermediate Axis - Unstable) I₃ = √5 (Equatorial Axis) 📐 THE MATH BEHIND THE FLIP There are ZERO fitting parameters. We calculate the exact Lyapunov heteroclinic decrement using only the topological vacuum metrics: λ/Ω = √[ (I₂-I₁)(I₃-I₂) / (I₁·I₃) ] λ/Ω = 0.225074 (exact!) 🔋 ABSOLUTE CONSERVATION OF ENERGY (Proof of Purity) Look at the bottom right graph. The Energy Drift (ΔE/E) and Momentum Drift (ΔL²/L²) are mathematically zero (drifts ≤ 8.5 × 10⁻¹⁰). This is absolute proof of purity. No external energy is added by "gas jets," and no energy is lost. The flip is a purely conservative geometric operation of the vacuum. Comet 41P didn't flip because it outgassed. The outgassing Hubble detected was the physical result of the comet's violent kinetic transit through the Logvinovich Field! The Universe computes in exact Diophantine geometry. It’s been five days since we lost the great Glen Hansard, and it’s been both an absolute joy and a source of great sorrow to watch all the videos, all the tributes, and read all the stories about this great man’s life. From presidents and Prime Ministers to global superstars to the people who run the homeless shelters in Dublin that he supported, the tributes have flowed, reminding us of his brilliance and what we’ve lost. But incredibly, even in passing, he is still creating community, as people are coming together to share in their love of a man they never met. I’ve had messages from people all over the world, including as far away as South Korea! While sifting through all the footage, I came across this great video posted by Seattle Theatre Group when Glen closed down Virginia St in Seattle after his show in 2012. I’m standing right in the middle of the crowd behind Glen and end up getting blocked from view by Glen’s drummer, who was enthusiastically playing the tambourine. This is one of the craziest musical experiences I've ever had. Glen had led his band off the stage, through the foyer, and out across the street, into a restaurant, and then back out onto the street to continue to play for his audience. I read somewhere that someone said Glen didn’t have a following, but he had a flock, and I think this so beautifully articulates the passion we all had for everything he brought into the world, which is far more than just his brilliant music. #glenhansard #glenhansardrip #music #seattle

Let me state up front that these two plays were NOT the reason St. John's lost yesterday. And I am a numbers guy so no need to tell me about our shooting stats in the game. But I need to vent. We knew Arkansas over their prior 8 games was making a concerted effort to get to the free throw line - they averaged 26.5 free throws over this 8 game period. In the 10 games prior to this 8 game period, Arkansas averaged 19.3 free throws attempts per game - right in line with D1 average per game. The coaching staff gave a clear direction to our players prior to the game - wall up with your hands in the air and maintain verticality. I am including two clips here of just that in which the Arkansas player initiated contact, Zuby and Kadary went straight up with their hands in the air, and Arkansas was rewarded with two trips to the free throw line. In the first clip, St. John's had a 4 point lead with 2 minutes to go in the first half with momentum as Arkansas hadn't made a field goal in 3 minutes. Zuby does exactly what he was instructed when Boogie Fland initiated contact and the baseline ref who is 6 feet away from the action does not blow his whistle, but another ref does award Boogie Fland two free throws. That started a 7-0 run for Arkansas and they went into the half with a 3 point lead. I can't provide enough words on the second clip on just how unjust it was to have a late whistle call on Kadary going straight up in the air and getting his fifth foul called on him with 6:28 to play. Kadary was limited to just 16 minutes of play in the entire game because of foul trouble. And as a reminder, I will end this post with how I started it. These two plays were NOT the reason St. John's lost yesterday.

A Wells Fargo executive built a system that committed 3.5 MILLION crimes. She retired with a $125 MILLION compensation package before the federal fines hit. > Wells Fargo was the golden child of American banking > The only major bank to walk away clean from the 2008 financial crisis. Their CEO was on the cover of Fortune magazine as the best banker in America. > Behind that reputation, managers were given daily quotas for how many accounts and credit cards each teller had to open. > Staff were told "eight is great", every customer needed eight Wells Fargo products. Miss your target and you were threatened, fired, or forced to work unpaid overtime. > So employees started opening accounts customers never asked for. Forging signatures. Creating fake email addresses. > They were even moving money from real accounts into ghost ones to make them look active. Real customers started getting charged fees for accounts they never knew existed. > Employees who called the ethics hotline to report what was happening were fired. > The Los Angeles Times broke the story in 2013. By 2016 the full scale was out with 3.5 MILLION fake accounts opened over 8 years. > Wells Fargo paid $185 MILLION, then $1 BILLION, then $3 BILLION in fines. 5,300 employees were fired. > Carrie Tolstedt, the executive who built and ran this entire division, retired before the federal fines hit and walked away with $125 MILLION in compensation. > The bank eventually clawed back $67 MILLION. She kept the rest. In 2023 she settled charges for $17 MILLION. They put the people who followed orders in the street and let the person who wrote the orders keep the money. That is not a scandal. It is just how the system works.
