Me too I thought we had overcome our worst days but it feels like we are back in need of a big name who can attract big players. Not backing him that summer was one of the worst decisions the board have made.

Came in to an absolute shit show and made an impact right away. Knew what he wanted from the players and tactically obvious how we were going to play. While we have a lot of issues we do not have that with this squad and manager.

Pitty he wasn't backed "fix the roof when the sun is shining" is going to go down in history. As a manager he wasn't perfect and nor should he be. But he instilled a way of playing we haven't seen since.
