I think he’s been remarkable. Couldn’t ask for a better manager. They should extend his deal. Lifetime contract.

I think he’s done a good job, not a great job. Won a trophy, sure it’s the Conference League, but a trophy nonetheless. Final of Europa League. Back-to-back finals is very good. As you mentioned, 8th place this season, but only 4 points out of top 4. Very achievable.

I think at least domestically rn it’s pretty clear he’s underperforming. Obviously the club has FFP and other financial issues, but there squad even just looking forward to next season might be a mess. However, he has the fans united behind him. I don’t envy the decisions the next Roma sporting director has to make.

I agree that Mourinho has been far from perfect at Roma, between his actions and tactics he’s had ugly moments. The only reason I don’t put a lot of the blame on him is because of the current team. Outside of a few players it’s mediocre, and Roma can’t spend money to improve.

Hard to do well with a team that can’t sign players. Yes, he got Lukaku and Dybala (free transfers), but the rest of the squad isnt really that strong. Lacks depth and quality. Would be surprised if they finished top 4, would need a lot of magic from the two stars on top.

Jose has brainwashed Roma fans into thinking it’s everyone’s fault but his. We are regressing badly. Could be 10th after next round, can’t win an easy Europa League group, out of Coppa Italia. Who cares about a conference league, that means we weren’t good enough for UEL or UCL.
