That ghee is very risky it could have become rancid,lost nutritional value or even developed mold or bacteria if stored improperly always store it in an airtight container away from heat and light If it smells off or looks spoiled it's best to discard it

I don't think It is 600 years old At that time There was no process to make ghee People used to eat only raw butter
