7’0” power forward Tammar Brown is available for 2025. We are either going high major, mid major, Juco, or NAIA. We will play in the Juco All American showcase in July. Tammar also has overseas interest as well so we decided to keep all options open. Tammar is fundamentally sound and a very good athlete. Skilled both on the perimeter and around the rim. He rebounds, block shots, and finishes as well as most 7’0 bigs. I want him to move more and flash more but obviously that depends on the next team he plays for. I also think he needs to be quicker and more aggressive to score but he’s very patient and shoots a high percentage. There’s not too many players regardless of level that will out work him. Tammar only has 2 years of playing experience so we are still addressing instinctual things most big men might lack especially with defensive help and movement/spacing on the offensive end. Syracuse’s William Kyle III is one of the best Big Man Prospects in this year’s NBA Draft. For the season Kyle averaged 8/7/1 along with 2.5 BPG and 1 SPG, while also shooting 66% from the field. Kyle also led all High Major players in Stocks per game with 3.5. Standing at 6’9 with a 7’3 wingspan and a 44 inch vertical Kyle has the tools and frame you want from an elite defensive big in the NBA. Kyle’s mix of elite athleticism, rim protection, defensive versatility, offensive rebounding, finishing, and motor is all of the traits teams are looking for in their rim running bigs in Kyle is one of the best in the class in all of those areas. On the defensive end Kyle uses his length and athleticism to be a highly impactful rim protector who also doesn’t foul which is extremely rare. He’s also versatile enough to play in a lot of different defensive systems and he's also versatile enough to switch onto smaller players. The 1 Drill To Meet All Your Rebounding Needs Some coaches don't believe in doing rebounding drills. They believe they can emphasize rebounding in everything they do without isolating it. I love that in theory. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked that well for me in reality. Coaches like Tom Izzo and Kelvin Sampson seem to agree. Michigan State and Houston are known for being 2 of the best rebounding teams in the country. I don't think it's a coincidence that they prioritize practicing rebounding. If you want your team to be elite on the boards, you must drill it in practice. Here's a versatile and game-like drill from 3v3 Drills For Offense & Defense with Coach Nick LoGalbo that will help your team dominate the glass. Setup: -Position 3 players around the perimeter -3 defensive players are in the paint Instructions: 1. The coach begins by throwing the ball to an offensive player. 2. All of the defenders close out. 3. The player who receives the pass shoots immediately. 4. The defenders must box out and grab the rebound. 5. Play is live until the ball is scored. The rebounding team does not have to take the ball out. Thus, if the defense does a good job boxing out and gathers the rebound close to the rim, they can immediately shoot. This continues until a basket is scored. 6. Each basket is worth 1 point. Play to 5.

Elijah Brooks played the last two years for us at HCU and is available in the portal. He’s the real deal: • Two-year starter who led our team in scoring (12.3 PPG), finished second in rebounding (4.5 RPG), and led in steals (1.5 SPG) this season. • Switchable defender who can guard 1-4 effectively. • 6’4” PG (6’3” without shoes, 6’4” with shoes. We measure). • American Conference+ level athlete — plays downhill, explosive vertical athlete with high-level strength and burst. • Extremely high basketball IQ — Elijah initiated our offense from the point, which included seven formations and over 50 sets/variations. • Developed into an elite pick-and-roll player — rarely missed a pocket pass or read. Chaze Harris - An interesting name starting to circulate amongst possible eligibility cases, is the reigning Sun Belt POY Chaze Harris, who spent 3 non Division 1 years prior to joining the Jaguars this past season. Excellent positional size for a lead guard at 6’6. Portsmouth Invitational Invite, but chose to pursue the injunction route with the NCAA. As pure a scorer as there is. 22.0 PPG on 60.6% TS% in conference play this past season. One of only 16 players in the country to post that combination of volume and efficiency. Harris did it all for the Jaguars. A 34.6% USG% paired with a 38.0% AST%. Harris was scoring or assisting on nearly 3/4 of the Jaguars’ points while he was on the floor. Only four players over the last five years have carried that level of offensive responsibility. Harris’ ability to score in transition is unparalleled. 3.4 transition PTS/G (96th percentile) on 74.6% (93rd percentile), with the ability to push the pace both on and off the ball. Oftentimes, you’ll see a drastic drop-off in performance from mid-major transfers when playing against high-major competition, but that was not the case for Harris. In Quad 1 & 2 games this season, Harris averaged 21.3 PTS/G on 51% shooting from the field while posting a 40.1% AST%. Harris also led the Jaguars in Defensive Win Shares and served as the point of attack in South Alabama’s unique zone defense. Cole Anthony Film + Notes 🧵🪡 Best thing I saw: Very good at getting into the paint. I think it’s by far the best trait in his game. Can get 2 feet into the paint and give himself a chance to finish from basically anywhere on the floor. Biggest Concern: Very average to below average 3pt shooter and not a very good C&S 3pt shooter. This alone could put a cap on your ceiling and playability alongside Giannis, especially as a smaller guard. NEEDS a jump here to be a real piece. Positives - extremely quick first step - looks to push the ball at every opportunity - is going to get to the rim a ton. Has the ability to get 2 feet in the paint whenever he wants - very crafty finisher at the rim - has a variety of finishes he’s able to go to in the paint (goes to a cool step through move more than anyone in the league) - Not afraid of having to step up and take on a bigger role offensively - Very active on the boards for someone his size - super high energy player. Doesn’t have all the height to do much defensively but that doesn’t take away from his effort. He’ll always give you everything he has defensively - tries to make all the hustle plays at all times Negatives - will probably be closer to 0 then negative on defense but just not great on ball most of the time - Not great out of the PnR as a play maker - not reliable as a 3pt shooter.
