🏀 "The kids love it. I have kids fighting over who can get here earliest to get shots off before school." – Coach Garrison When passion meets performance, Noah Backboard makes it happen. Turn practice into obsession with shot-tracking that players can’t get enough of.

Cherif Fofana (15 | DM/CM) vs Sporting Hortaleza (20/09/2025). Very good display from Cherif with Juvenil C (U17). Energetic and intense, he covered the pitch well and occupied space smartly, winning plenty of duels and recovering a lot of balls. On the ball he also looked assured, showing some brilliant technical touches. He joined the club this season from México Paracuellos. One to keep an eye on. Part of the 2009 generation.

#GASOFallTour | Double Feature Weekend 🍿🎬 The Top 1️⃣0️⃣ 10 major talking points I saw from our DFW & Houston events over the weekend ⬇️ 1) ELITE weekend for evaluations It’s the first time we’ve gone back to back days in two different cities, but both DFW and Houston gave us real contenders for the best games and individual performances I’ve seen this Fall. I can speak for Blue Zertuche 🔗 Ryan Massad 🔎 and Michael Timmins that each of our evaluation notebooks are overflowing with prospects to add & update in the TBR. 2) Marquee Matchups Deliver Allen (TX) Basketball 🏀 vs Duncanville High School Boys Basketball 🏀 (🎥) & AtascocitaBasketball vs LegacyTitansMBB🏀 had real playoff energy. And these games brought out the competitiveness in a lot of the state’s best prospects: -Kayden Edwards was at his high octane, high scoring best. His level of open court burst makes him a very unique prospect in 2025. -Trent Pane’s on court leadership, defense and clutch playmaking ability really shined in this game. Allen’s depth is one of their clear strengths, but in Pane they have a floor general capable of winning games like this when it matters most. 🔗 to TexasHoopsTelevision game recap: 3) H-Town Showdown Lives up to the Hype -Jaylen Fenner’s rise as a prospect has clearly continued into the fall. His ability to get downhill and create at that size makes Atascocita very dangerous. 🎥 -Scottie Guillory is a really good prospect for Legacy, but his mid range game is ELITE. He’s no doubt a polished three level scorer, but there’s something different when he gets to that one dribble pull up. 4) New Look, Same Production for Montana Wheeler I was very interested to see what the new Xavier Academy team looked like and they made a very strong impression. Amir Bryant (27) and Jackson Seastrunk (25) had productive days, but Montana Wheeler’s ability to elevate those around him while being a bucket getter himself bodes very well for his future at the D1 level. 5) Carter’s Next Generation of Talent After graduating a ton of familiar faces to the D1 level last season, Carter Cowboy Basketball has completely reloaded with several talented underclassmen. 2027’s Amarion Hunter, Landen Higgs (🎥), and Kaidon Eason were all business in going 2-0, made all the more impressive considering they were without one of the state’s best 2028s on the weekend. 6) DFW Senior Standouts 5️⃣ 2025’s who impressed me this weekend at Hebron: Ja’Corien Oes - Tyler Legacy Men's Basketball Tayesen Combs - Randall Basketball Noah Mallory - Wylie Pirate Men's Basketball Vonte Sanders - Bearcat Basketball Malachi Hubbard - Bengals Basketball 7) Houston Senior Standouts: 5️⃣ 2025’s who impressed me this weekend at MI3 Center: David Chong - DHS Gator Basketball Kendall Hilstock - Port Arthur Memorial Titans Boys Basketball🔴⚫️⚪️ Kendarius Johnson - CyFair Men’s Basketball Jayvion Mitchell - @WHSMustangHoops Jayden Chavez - Magnolia Basketball 8) Juniors who have Leveled Up: There was no shortage of 2026’s that made strong impressions this weekend. Cooper Zachary (Cooper Zachary) is a high-IQ guard who demands very little yet provides elite floor spacing and tenacious defense. His motor is consistently high, allowing his 5'10" frame to play above his size. Despite his small size, he has a record of shutting off top guards defensively. He was highly efficient from 3 this summer (shot 52.5% on 40 3PA in Adidas 33SB play). His shooting consistency makes him one of the most bankable shooters in his class. Entering his junior season, Zachary is definitely an intriguing prospect to keep an eye for at Fishers Boys Basketball this upcoming high school season

THE CITY POPPED OUT. 💯🏀 The crew from The Next Chapter has built one of the biggest basketball platforms in the country, traveling city to city and challenging local hoopers. This week, they made their stop in Louisville, and the 502 answered the call. The city packed the park, showed love, competed, and represented at a high level. Best of all, NO FOOLERY, NO DRAMA . Just great basketball, great energy, and a community enjoying the game together. This is what the people NEED to see. More events that bring the city TOGETHER, showcase local talent, and remind everyone why LOUISVILLE is one of the best basketball cities in the country. 📍The 502 stood on business.

A throwback to one of Louisville’s most iconic basketball traditions 🏀🌹🐴🐎 The Kentucky Derby Festival Basketball Classic… one of the longest-running high school all-star games in the country, running from 1973 to 2017. Before the McDonald’s All-American Game became the national stage, this was the stage. Names like Moses Malone, Isiah Thomas, Dominique Wilkins, Penny Hardaway, and Donovan Mitchell all came through the Ville. And for UofL fans, this clip hits different… this is where guys like Peyton Siva, T. Jennings and others helped spark the “Kissing the Cardinal” tradition… something that became part of Louisville basketball’s DNA. With NIL and the way high school recruiting has evolved, an event like this is tough to recreate today. The top talent is spread across different circuits, and the landscape has shifted. The Derby Classic itself ended in 2018, signaling the end of an era. This was bigger than basketball… it was a city-wide moment in a place that lives and breathes the game Real ones know what this meant to the Ville ❤️🖤

🔥 AWESOME! President Trump just dropped this line with the Indiana Hoosiers: "Never bet against a guy like Curt." "The story of Indiana University is a legendary story. It's a very unusual story. We have a lot of teams where they win, and they keep winning, and they keep, where they don't know what it is — and you have some that lose and get a little bit lucky." "This is a team that came out from really a program that was a basketball program largely and now it's a great, great football program and you're going to have a tremendous year. It's a fantastic group and I look forward to watching."

Dwyane Wade on LeBron James choosing Philadelphia over a potential return to Miami: “From a basketball standpoint, I thought it is a very strategic move at this point in his career. It definitely gives him the best chance... I feel like it gives him the best chance in the East to be able to get back to compete for a championship. I think Miami would have been a good move as well, but a lot of moving parts in that needed to go right.I feel like this is a little bit more, right away from the beginning, the best chance for basketball. But also too, I don't think we've seen the end of what this move is. I think it's more to this move.” (via Conversations with Cam Podcast)
