$4 billion for “free” NYC buses and government grocery stores but only $90 million to defend New Yorkers from cyberattacks. Governor Hochul's budget doesn't lie, Mamdani's socialist agenda comes before your safety.

🇺🇸 NYC is opening its first publicly-owned grocery store in the Bronx, right after claiming he ‘closed’ a massive $12B budget gap. Mamdani's priorities in 2026: Government-run grocery stores while kicking the real fiscal can down the road.

🚨 NEW: Zohran Mamdani's first "FREE" grocery store is already BURNING UP the budget, and it's going to take a YEAR to open SHOCKER! 🤣 Mamdani budgeted $70 million for FIVE groceries stores, but this first grocery store ALONE will cost $30 MILLION Communism doesn't work!

"These people are evil" Mamdani's radical plan to create government grocery stores will destroy NYC. They are going to put bodegas out of business.

Mamdani's Grocery Stores Are Already a Disaster New York City is moving forward with Mayor Zohran Mamdani's plan to open government-owned grocery stores. The promise? Lower food prices. The reality? Taxpayer-funded construction, ongoing subsidies, and a plan full of contradictions. In this episode of America Uncovered, we break down Mamdani's proposal, why critics say the math doesn't add up, how it compares to existing private-sector programs, and why government-run grocery stores may not solve New York's affordability crisis.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! Zohran Mamdani's $30M "free" grocery store construction is nearly TRIPLE what it SHOULD cost to build A regular 15,000 square-foot store costs less than $10M And it's going to take more than a YEAR to build — that's not to mention maintaining, staffing and stocking it THIS 3RD WORLDER SCAMMED NYC!

Hasan Piker declared Zohran Mamdani "one of the best mayors’ of New York City. Mamdani's record: - Raided retiree fund to "balance" budget - Zero “fast and free” buses - Spending $55M on 1 gov grocery store - Subway violence up 300% This is what socialists call success.

I expect Mamdani's public grocery stores will not offer significant price discounts relative to budget grocers. Thinking about his mandate they make things cheaper reminded me of "parchment guarantees" and this speech from Justice Scalia.

Mamdani Gets SUES by DOZENS of Angry Grocery Store Owners after Communist Takeover Plan BACKFIRES Hundreds of Bodega owners are rallying together to push back on Mamdani's communist city run grocery stores. 15 minority groups representing bodega owners are filing a lawsuit against Mayor Mamdani's communist stores. The grocery stores are a direct assault on minority owned businesses that have competed in the market to succeed. This is the inevitable end of communism: everyone suffers. Even those it claims to champion.

Bill Maher fires back at Mamdani's "may the most affordable grocery store win" challenge: MAHER: "He’s opening these city-run stores... that will sell meat and bread and other items... for 30% below market rate." “His quote was, the mayor said, ‘I look forward to the competition. May the most affordable grocery store win.’" "Well, it’s not competition if you’re undercutting legitimate businessmen by 30%! I wonder who’s going to win." Mamdani's former opponent Andrew Cuomo predicts the grocery plan will put mom-and-pop stores "out of business." What could go wrong? The first store is expected to open in late 2027.

$30 million. 4 years to open 5 grocery stores? That's Mamdani's crazy plan, and now Kathy Hochul just handed him $8 billion of YOUR money to keep the experiment going. I have seen this before: when the government controls the shelves, the shelves go empty. We will end the socialist experiment and put New Yorkers first.
