Let's not get too excited. There are still only three Black characters in Tokon. T'Challa is missing - despite it being IN Wakanda - and for all the "Storm is queen consort" talk, Shuri is introduced as both Black Panther *and* Queen of Wakanda. We're simmering, but not cooking.
