$450 for food $250 for labor and cooking in a hot ass kitchen, which is a lot of work.

That fish alone is about $200+.

Considering the amount of people this feeds and the average catering price, $700 is a steal.

I don’t know bout yall, but making macaroni from scratch can be pricey. The cheese alone might cost $50+ especially if you’re using the good name brand cheese!! Then that fish $100 by itself! That amount of chicken in that pan might gonna be $50+ IJS 🤷🏽‍♀️
