I learned 3D sculpting, 3D printing, finishing and Airbrushing with this guy. The production run will be made in china, out of vinyl AND resin parts, with chrome features. It will also include the shadow character from my character sheets. Complete with custom designed boxes and stickers. These have been produced with the help of the insanely hard working and talented Time Thief I may auction the first artist proof *OR* make some unique colorways by hand for auction later. It is spectacularly easy to get shadowbanned on X One wrong reply and your reputation can go up in flames Luckily there are a few steps you can take to reduce your odds of getting banned by 10x 🔶First step: Don't reply from notifications Notifications are a minefield because hidden, spammy replies are shown to you as normal replies It's never worth replying from here. You risk replying to low reputation accounts without even knowing it Just reply normally from the posts so you know what's marked as spam 🔶Second step: turn off sensitive content in your settings Engaging with sensitive content could hurt your reputation score Little do you know, but a ton of content that’s not actually sensitive, gets marked as sensitive Turn off sensitive content in your settings, then become shocked when you see how much innocent content is marked as sensitive (tutorial video below) 🔶Third Step: Check for following/follower ratio before hitting reply Easy check to take before every reply This is brought up in the code 100 different times as a reputation destroyer Make sure to hover over people’s name before replying and check for their ratio 60% followers to following is the ratio cut off point 🔶Fourth Step: Don’t feed the trolls There are 100+ labels for toxic behavior in the code Engaging with anyone with these labels hurts your reputation For some of these labels they can be applied just for “insults” Best not to engage with any trolls (also good for your mental health) 🔶Fifth Step: Get the blue checkmark The easiest step of them all It’s coded into the algo that if you have the blue checkmark you can’t be marked as spam Yes it costs money, but if you have any serious interest of growing on this platform, it’s a must have 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶 I've said this before, but it absolutely stinks you have to take all these steps just to get some reach At times, it can be like walking in a minefield It doesn't exactly make a social media platform feel very 'social' I have high confidence Elon is working to fix this. It is spectacularly easy to get shadowbanned on X One wrong reply and your reputation can go up in flames Luckily there are a few steps you can take to reduce your odds of getting banned by 10x 🔶First step: Don't reply from notifications Notifications are a minefield because hidden, spammy replies are shown to you as normal replies It's never worth replying from here. You risk replying to low reputation accounts without even knowing it Just reply normally from the posts so you know what's marked as spam 🔶Second step: turn off sensitive content in your settings Engaging with sensitive content could hurt your reputation score Little do you know, but a ton of content that’s not actually sensitive, gets marked as sensitive Turn off sensitive content in your settings, then become shocked when you see how much innocent content is marked as sensitive (tutorial video below) 🔶Third Step: Check for following/follower ratio before hitting reply Easy check to take before every reply This is brought up in the code 100 different times as a reputation destroyer Make sure to hover over people’s name before replying and check for their ratio 60% followers to following is the ratio cut off point 🔶Fourth Step: Don’t feed the trolls There are 100+ labels for toxic behavior in the code Engaging with anyone with these labels hurts your reputation For some of these labels they can be applied just for “insults” Best not to engage with any trolls (also good for your mental health) 🔶Fifth Step: Get the blue checkmark The easiest step of them all It’s coded into the algo that if you have the blue checkmark you can’t be marked as spam Yes it costs money, but if you have any serious interest of growing on this platform, it’s a must have 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶 I've said this before, but it absolutely stinks you have to take all these steps just to get some reach At times, it can be like walking in a minefield It doesn't exactly make a social media platform feel very 'social' I have high confidence Elon is working to fix this. I don't have all the answers here, but I have thought about this a *lot*, so hopefully I have some: 1) Society needs both great men and Great Men. Every man should aspire to be the former; aspiring to the latter is unwise, as "the true road lies in quite another direction." 2) Life is WAY easier when you integrate your personal and professional life to the maximum degree. I try (extremely hard) to be the same person to my wife, kids, friends, co-workers, and strangers on the internet. Then fun time, family time, and work time can all use the same oh-so-finite minutes of the day! 2a) Tactically — bring your kids/family along with you on adventures. My kids have been to some incredibly non-kid-friendly places: space conferences, podcast recordings, industrial facilities, rocket launches, etc. And those adventures have been are some of my (and their!) most treasured memories. 3) You absolutely must become a morning person. Sorry. 4) I found that fatherhood was the ANSWER to my hunger in many ways. I was ambitious, certainly. But having kids made me realize that "ambition" is kinda fake; it's striving without a true end goal. (No, fame, riches, and "doing something important" are not true end goals.) 4a) As soon as you look your own child in the eyes — now THERE'S an end goal. Ineffable to anyone who hasn't had a kid, maybe, but I had an immediate, intense desire to keep my kids safe, and loved, and fulfilled. And a lifetime of anxious wondering if I was doing the right thing just washed away... there was the right thing, in my arms! 4b) Goals are awesome. I love goals. They are how I find motivation. But I have learned through a lot of trial and error that goals that focus on Me Me Me are unfulfilling even if I achieve them. Naked ambition is the ultimate Me Me Me goal... and it's much better to set goals about who you want to be to other people. (I need to write more about this; it's basically Alasdair Macintyre's read of Virtue Ethics, if folks are curious.) 4c) A tweet that has always stuck in my mind forever: "oh you're "high agency"? that's cool, what can other people rely on you for?" 5) If I've learned just one thing about "difficult" experiences in life, it's that as soon as you increase the difficulty level further, what you did before seems easy. Like the pre-kid life to me, now. Therefore, the answer to feeling like you can't possibly be a great dad and great in your career.... is to have even more kids!! (Kidding. Kinda.)

Ineffable to anyone who hasn't had a kid, maybe, but I had an immediate, intense desire to keep my kids safe, and loved, and fulfilled. And a lifetime of anxious wondering if I was doing the right thing just washed away... there was the right thing, in my arms! 4b) Goals are awesome. I love goals. They are how I find motivation. But I have learned through a lot of trial and error that goals that focus on Me Me Me are unfulfilling even if I achieve them. Naked ambition is the ultimate Me Me Me goal... and it's much better to set goals about who you want to be to other people. (I need to write more about this; it's basically Alasdair Macintyre's read of Virtue Ethics, if folks are curious.) 4c) A tweet that has always stuck in my mind forever: "oh you're "high agency"? that's cool, what can other people rely on you for?" 5) If I've learned just one thing about "difficult" experiences in life, it's that as soon as you increase the difficulty level further, what you did before seems easy. Like the pre-kid life to me, now. Therefore, the answer to feeling like you can't possibly be a great dad and great in your career.... is to have even more kids!! (Kidding. Kinda.)
