Honestly don't care what you call those veggies! 🥬🥦😂 I usually toss in chunks of butter, but since I keep my steaks super thick, that high heat means 3-4 mins max per side for me—I like mine a bit more rare. To each their own, though! Definitely trying that chaos seasoning and rosemary next time. Steaks looked awesome, solid 8/10. 🥩
