The problem with tourist visas is, of course, that third-world migrants overstay them and never leave our nation. The solution is to demand a $50,000 bond with each tourist visas. Leave on time, get your bond back. Overstay by one minute, lose the bond AND get prosecuted and deported. I like rich tourists who leave on time, not broke "tourists" who overstay and live off my labor for the rest of their lives.
