The victim was shot on the downtown No. 2 train subway platform at the President Street - Medgar Evers College Station at around 11:45 p.m. The incident happened while the woman was on her way home from work. "He wanted my necklaces first, and I had told them they were fake. He started to grab my bag, my purse, and he kept on telling me to give me my purse I gave him my purse and I listened to him. And then we started pulling over the bag," she said. They tussled over her square Steve Madden purse for about two minutes before he pressed a gun against her chest and shot her. Idk how I forgot about this but my first time ever playing singles was vs le 🐐 Ben Johns At dinner the night before (after a couple beers), he said I wouldn't be able to get even 1 point off him Obviously my response was a guarantee that I get at least 1 point, but probably more like 5 He asked me who serves first. I said he could, I didnt care. And I didnt think it mattered He was like 'are you sure'? Didn't realize he was asking because he knew that would be my only serve of the game, and my only shot to score a point I dont remember who served first, but I do remember losing 11-0 and pretty much quitting singles forever Ive only played singles like 10 times since then (Dec 2020), but they were often against pros like Jay Devilliers, Zane and Justin Romero I say that both to humble brag and to say I have no idea how good I am. I've never played a *real match It's equally as likely I lose to Anna 11-0, 11-0 as it is I shock the (pickleball) world

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 100 days since I received my Neuralink N1 implant. Looking back, the whole journey feels like science fiction that somehow became my everyday reality. John Huston on why 'Bonnie & Clyde' (1967) is a great film: "I have to say that the critical level in the United States is appalling. I don’t think there is a single one of them who knows how to talk about cinema. It is incredibly poor. I saw a film that I was prepared to hate because “intelligent” people had told me so many bad things about it and I loved it: it was 'Bonnie and Clyde' (1967). It is an extraordinary work, steeped in the unknown and in adventure. Do you know Twelve against the Gods? There is a definition of the adventurer: An adventurer is somebody who begins by leaving his house and who then abandons all conventions and rules in order to seek something for its intrinsic value. Among the adventurers I can name, you have Cagliostro, Casanovo, Napoleon III, not Napoleon I. This search becomes their life and their reason for being. And all of a sudden, I felt that 'Bonnie and Clyde' fit into this category: They had taken a funny way, a strange route —all those murders, robberies, assassinations —but they were succeeding in creating their own world. They were recreating their life! I thought it was incredibly well done. What Warren Beatty conveys in this film is phenomenal: this mixture of psychopathic neurosis, of exaggerated attitude and of genius, all that skillfully combined. And it was really a love story and their lives took on an immense significance. I can’t praise this film enough. It’s the best I’ve seen in years and years. And there was no false, doctored scene except for the scene with the mother, filmed through a filter. It was the only mistake and that’s the sequence everybody talks about. And the violence ... I don’t like gratuitous violence, but in this case it had a meaning . . . When I think that in America they put 'Bonnie and Clyde' on the same plane as 'In the Heat of the Night' (1968) and 'The Graduate' (1967) . . . Mike Nichols’s film is well made and well casted, especially the secondary roles, but it’s a bourgeois, narrow work. Whereas 'Bonnie and Clyde' is pure adventure .. .
