God bless your parents and all of our veterans. They paid a high price for our freedom as did their families. A generation has been taught to hate this country through common core and critical race theory. It’s important to keep telling the true stories of America.

My step dad (The 10th Mtn Division.. I think) joined the war with his friends thinking it was safer to join the ski patrol. He was the *only* one of his friends to make it back alive. Every time he woke up he was screaming. We got used to it. It DID not define him. Best man ever.

Bless the heros they fought and died for this country. Now look what's happening. Time to stand up for them.

The Greatest Generation. They gave the everything. My father also served in WWII. He was in Europe. When the war ended he was stationed in Occupational Japan. He died from cancer in 1958. WWII's Agent Orange. My mother worked for Gen MacArthur in Tokyo. She was an intelligence analyst. He sent her a Christmas card every year. He gave her an inkwell as a memento when they came back stateside. I have it.

I would like to encourage everyone to visit the National WW2 Museum in New Orleans. Plan on 2 days to absorb it all. There is a wealth of information about the war on all fronts, and is one of the very best museums I've ever visited.
