Under 2k square feet? FOR $800,000!? What in the California pricing hell is this?

In a month it will be $600,000, in 3 months $400,000, if they actually want it to sell.

That price is insane for something that small.

It’s quite expensive for such a small house and some of the finishes look cheap. Dallas is better.
