I just watched this yesterday. I must be getting old because Man, Lori Strode's screaming was so annoying. I still think his (Rob Zombie) interpretation of the whole story cleans up plot holes in the original & sequels. Being born Evil just doesn't make sense for any child. There's always a pathology. I guess it just left the viewers to think that Evil is something that you can catch like a cold. Who knows what could have happened if she'd been more intrigued by the baby photo. This go around, I would have been pleased if he squashed her head like a grape so she's stop screaming.
