This is happening in US hospitals too with the elderly, it just looks different. I’ve seen the playbook, withdraw full treatment, blame failure to progress on patient, float futility and push palliative hard, if that fails flip them from full code to DNR and start questioning cognitive status, floating dementia. As time goes on they knock supports out from under the patient and then push futility harder. This has happened to us when we’re pushing back hard for full code/full treatment and documenting when they treat she improves. I can only imagine elderly arriving by themselves from assisted living who do have dementia, they don’t stand a chance.

Horrifying... Nicole Maurier testified at the Allison Inquiry in Canadian Parliament about her daughter Abigail. Abigail was 24. She had a drug hypersensitivity and a strong intuition that the COVID shots would harm her. She asked for a medical exemption from her employer (Alberta Health Services) and her lifelong doctor. Both were denied. Her doctor told her the shots were "safe and effective." She trusted her. She got her 1st Pfizer shot Sept 15, 2021. Her 2nd Oct 15, 2021. Seven months later, she started feeling unwell. By March 2023, she was in the ER. A CT scan revealed she was "basically full of cancer." She had a tumor in her right lung. Both lower and middle lobes collapsed. A tumor in her chest so large it was pushing her heart and valves to the left side of her body. Enlarged lymph nodes throughout her body - two in her neck threatening to cut off her ability to swallow or breathe. She was diagnosed with NUT carcinoma, an extraordinarily rare cancer. The tumor doubled in size in just two weeks. Her oncologist said this rate of growth is what they'd normally see over a 10-year span in a cancer patient. From diagnosis to death: six weeks. She was 23. She never smoked. She was a ring girl at MMA fights in December 2022. By April 2023, she was unrecognizable. Her platelets dropped to 6 (normal is 150-450). She bled from her nose for 24 hours. She coughed up massive blood clots. Her organs shut down one by one. She went into metabolic acidosis. On May 2, 2023, Nicole crawled into bed with her daughter, sang her a lullaby, and held her as she took her last breath. Abigail's family doctor later completed the federal VIS medical assessment form and wrote: "NUT carcinoma post-COVID-19 vaccination." She noted Abigail was mandated by her employer. When Nicole confronted the doctor about denying Abigail's exemption, the doctor said: "You're right, I did." And then she said: "What you need to understand is that we were threatened by our associations. If we gave out medical exemptions... we would lose our license and our job." Nicole's final words: "And for what? For a virus that has a 99% survival rate. All because of a mandate." Abigail was Nicole's only child. Her "earth angel." Her entire world. This is her story.

Wife of General Rabe Reveals Harrowing Ordeal After Husband’s Death The wife of late retired Major General Rabe Abubakar, Hajiya Amina, has recounted the terrifying moments she endured shortly after the death of her husband while in the custody of armed bandits, revealing how she was shot, abandoned in the forest, and left bleeding profusely before being rescued by soldiers. According to sources familiar with her account, Hajiya Amina said the bandits were thrown into panic and confusion immediately after her husband's death. The armed men reportedly rushed to organize their escape, bringing motorcycles and making frantic preparations to flee their hideout. She was placed on one of the motorcycles and taken away in a convoy as the kidnappers hurried through the forest to evade advancing troops. In what appeared to be a deliberate move, the bandits focused their attention on her and made no attempt to evacuate several other captives who were being held at the location. Hajiya Amina disclosed that while they were speeding through the forest, distant gunfire began to echo across the area. The sound reportedly triggered panic among the kidnappers, causing them to scatter in different directions rather than continue their journey together. As confusion intensified, the gunman transporting her on a motorcycle reportedly became frustrated and exhausted. He stopped along the way, ordered her to get off the motorcycle, and, in a shocking act of brutality, shot her in the thigh before fleeing into the forest. The bullet wound left her bleeding heavily and unable to stand or walk. Sources said she remained stranded in severe pain until a man from a nearby village stumbled upon her. After hearing her story, the man reportedly asked if she was the wife of General Rabe Abubakar. When she confirmed her identity, he attempted to assist her. However, as they spoke, gunfire was again heard from a nearby location, believed to be from soldiers combing the area in search of her. Fearing for his own safety, the villager fled, leaving her alone once more. Moments later, troops arrived at the scene and discovered her lying in a pool of blood. According to the source, excitement and relief swept through the soldiers when they realized they had found the wife of the late General Rabe alive. The villager who had initially found her later returned after the soldiers arrived. Lacking medical evacuation equipment, the troops reportedly sought his assistance. A wooden plank was improvised as a stretcher and used to carry Hajiya Amina to a military vehicle. She was first taken to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment before being transferred to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Katsina, for further medical care. Medical assessments later revealed that the gunshot wound was not life-threatening. The bullet passed through the flesh of her upper thigh between the hip and knee without shattering any bone. Nevertheless, medical sources noted that the severe blood loss could have proved fatal had she not been rescued and treated in time. Her account provides a chilling insight into the chaos that followed the death of her husband and highlights the dramatic rescue operation that ultimately saved her life from the brink of death.
