86 concerts at 16 years old is absolute insanity.

He was overworked, exhausted, with no free time... and despite all that, he always had a smile for his fans or the people around him. We haven't been aware of how much Justin has suffered.

We thought his team cared about him and looked after him, but only when they were on tour or rehearsing... they had to take care of the goose that laid the eggs... as time went on, Justin saw his team as a family, when they were all vermin, rats, and absolute trash

They took advantage of the dream of a boy who wanted to sing, who just wanted to make people happy... they exploited Justin's innocence to squeeze every last drop out of him, yet despite all the anxiety, exhaustion, and depression, he always had a smile and energy whenever he was with his fans. This breaks my heart and brings tears to my eyes. I am so happy that all those rats are no longer part of his life.
