Today marks 8 years since we lost the incomparable Carrie Fisher. Beyond her iconic role as Princess Leia, she was a beacon of strength, humor, and resilience. Carrie was a brilliant writer and a fearless advocate for mental health, using her own struggles to illuminate and inspire others. Her wit and wisdom touched countless lives, and her legacy continues to shine brightly in our hearts. Though she may no longer(and I still find it difficult to talk about her in the past tense) be with us in person, the impact she made on the world is everlasting. Her spirit remains alive in the stories she told, the lives she touched, and the courage she inspired in so many. But remember “No one is ever really gone.” #CarrieOnForever

“Genie in a Bottle” is the debut single from Christina Aguilera’s self-titled 1999 album. The track became an instant worldwide success, spending five weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also reached #1 in Canada, #1 in the UK, #2 in New Zealand, #5 in Australia, and the Top 10 in several European countries. Christina was only 18 years old when the song was released. Before releasing her debut album, she had already caught the industry's attention with "Reflection" from Disney's Mulan (1998), a performance that helped her secure a recording contract. "Genie in a Bottle" was co-written by hitmaker Steve Kipner, who also co-wrote Chicago's "Hard to Say I'm Sorry", and was later recorded in Spanish as "Genio Atrapado" for the Latin American edition of Aguilera's debut album. The single earned Aguilera a Grammy Award nomination for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and paved the way for her Best New Artist win at the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000.

I was so horrified by the 'press confereence' of Giribala Singh, former Judge & mother in law of Twisha Shama- now an accused in a dowry death case, that i had to interview her and confront her with some direct questions 1. Where is her son? as an officer of the law- and her son is a lawyer - why is he absconding and will she urge him to surrender or is she hiding him? 2. Did she and her son taunt Twisha about carrying another man's baby? 3. How can she place in public domain the alleged assessment by Twisha's doctors of her mental health when that is strictly confidential between a doctor and patient? 4. Who is she to call Twisha's decision on abortion an act of cruelty - abortion is legal in India and its ultimately a woman's body and her choice within the framework of law 5. How can she conflate prescription medicines with drugs ? Where is her evidence on drug usage ? and how does she respond to the charge by Twisha's family that her husband was the drug addict 6. How can she as a woman and a judge indulge in the worst sort of character assassination of a young woman who is not even alive to defend herself against the smear 7. . Finally, detailed Whatsapp conversations show the living hell that Was Twisha's life. How does she respond to the allegations of dowry and harassment? This was an often unpleasant, but necessary exchange. Do share your feedback. thank you

This Hindu woman underwent five Nikah and three Halala just because she fell for a man named 'Naveen' on a social media who turned out to be Naveed. The shocking part is who did what? 1. She was raped by a Maulana (cleric, religious preacher) named Abdur Rehman. 2. It was in a madrasa, a so-called place of study, where her Halala happened. 3. She was trapped by Maulana Kaari Asman, taken to Shaheen Bagh madrasa, and her Halala was performed there. 4. Khalid married her after the Halala but instantly gave her triple Talaq. Later, he wanted to keep her as his wife, so she had to undergo Halala again. 5. This was done by Khalid’s brother Sakib and his brother-in-law Fakhruddin. 6. She was gang-raped before getting married to Khalid again. So, this woman was raped by a cleric, then in the name of Halala another cleric raped her. She was raped inside a madrasa. She was abused by relatives like brothers-in-law. If you are not cautious on social media, you may fall for a similar trap. Watch this video as I explain all that happened with the woman: Full video in next tweet Organiser Weekly YT channel, do subscribe:

Detroit mom takes wrong turn on way to Costco—detained by ICE along with 2 U.S. citizen children. Sarahi said it "felt like a kidnapping" locked in windowless room for 6 days—her children age 1 & 5. Given 1 cup of ramen noodles to eat for the 3 of them—and no diapers or clothes for her daughters. Denied access to legal counsel—her children held in conditions deemed not acceptable for minors according to U.S. protocols. By the family's 5th day in detention, her daughter's fever was rising and her other child had developed a cough. "I don't know where I am. They won't tell me. I only know I am under a bridge. It's a big bridge, it goes to Canada." On the 6th day, she was suddenly released with a June court date—but she is still worried about how many other people are being kept locked up under that bridge. #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited
