Why weren’t people in the second tower evacuated as a precaution? because people below the explosion in first tower must have been evacuated or certainly headed for the emergency exits.

I was sitting in my bedroom office watching the news when this happened and then saw the second plane hit. It was devastating and I knew America was being attacked.
