I’m feeling a bit nostalgic today. I was a 70s girl and an 80s teen. My daily life consisted of softball, pitching lessons, and squabbling with my sisters once in a while. I had complete freedom and didn’t even know it. I didn’t have to ask to go out to play or hang out with my friends. I could take the bus to the mall and come home by 6 and my parents had no idea if I was okay or not. The neighbors all looked out for each other and you better not mouth off to them or your parents will hear about it. No cell phones, computers, or Uber. We were thinner because we walked or rode our bikes everywhere and fast food actually had food in it. I miss it. 😢

I’ve been wanting to share this footage for a while. It was from when I was going in bloc. I think it’s important to have out there because it shows how out-of-control and dangerous this area is because it’s not being policed. A local live streamer was very close to pulling his gun on someone who was pretending like he had a gun. But he actually had a baton. I had no idea if he had a gun or not but could see he had what looked like a sidearm.
