Damn, white supremacists so racist they didn’t even want to live on the same STREET as blacks and changed the name. Racism will make you do some crazy and irrational things just to feel superior. MENTAL ILLNESS!!!!

100% correct and what's her point? White people wanted safe and clean streets. Whites even created suburbs during integration to avoid these black 68 IQ people. Examples, Detroit 90% white vs 90% black and Oakland 90% white vs 90% black -

@AbeFroman Many Whites would be happy to go back to this time. Racism is baked in. White ppl are insecure, jealous and hate to share. I’m 1/2 White but more aligned with my NA side 🪶

Louisville definitely has a dark history the more and more I learned about the city and talk to the elders on the West end.

The problem with this is there are some people who will just believe whatever is said. This isn’t true. In the United States, many streets (especially in larger cities like New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and others) effectively have two names: an official primary name and a secondary (or honorary/co-named) designation. This secondary naming is a common practice where cities add honorary street signs to commemorate notable individuals, community leaders, cultural figures, historical events, or organizations without changing the official street name or affecting addresses, maps, mail delivery, or navigation.

Black people don't even want to live with black people. As soon as they are financially able they move out of the black neighborhood and into a nice white neighborhood. Black people need to stay with their own kind, fix up their own neighborhoods instead of dragging down ours.

So, the street was named River Park to be racist, not to indicate that it leads to a park by the river?
