Hi Linda Yaccarino I have contacted X everyday for the last 2 weeks with an inquiry into why users on X and many Premium users are having their accounts marked as spam. Nobody from X will reply. People are paying for a service at the company you are in charge of and they are being labeled as “spam” and comments under their posts are labeled as spam. For the sake of transparency and your company commitment to free speech, can you please publicly provide an explanation as to why so many of your PAYING USERS on X are having their accounts flagged as spam and why accounts are now being hidden from the timeline? I am posting the publicly as I have been advised to do, for full transparency so that everyone can see that these inquiries are being made. I am being respectful, and as someone who is happy to pay $30 a month, I am hoping to get some answers for myself and the many other X users who are having this issue but not getting any answers from X. Thank you. I look forward to your reply so we can resolve this issue. If people are paying X , they should not be marked as spam. Both my Primary and Secondary Activision accounts got maliciously mass reported and Shadowbanned within an hour of each other today. This means I have to wait 5 days for Activision to review the accounts and then reinstate them. The system for reporting is completely flawed. With the desynced killcams and clueless players I can't fathom how many false reports there are. I do see how the current system does catch blatent hackers quickly, but at the cost of a massive number of innocent gamers... Also, if there was a Streamer Mode, it might be harder for us to get targeted with mass reports. Something needs to change Activision Call of Duty

So TeamYouTube DMed me earlier letting me know that their team was going to review the moments with the added context from my post here. I had hope… But after reviewing the extra context, they have stuck with their original decision. And then linked me back to the policy page which I quoted in my original post. Essentially telling me to look at the exact thing that tells me I broke no rules. I am frustrated and confused. I am essentially being told to look to a source of information which tells me I was fine. Please YouTube this is not okay, especially not even giving me a reason why it violates the TOS so I can avoid the same mistake in the future. This is not fair to any creator, to tell them they made a mistake and then refer them back to the thing that’s telling them they made no mistake, but still punishing them. Please everyone, your hard work pushing this got them to review it again, you are making a difference! Keep up the pressure and maybe this can be resolved!

After being falsely shadow banned for the first time ever on this account that ive had since Blackout, on the date 10/16/24 around 6 EST began the shadow ban and then around 9 EST was when i was un shadow banned and having no bans detected on my account this is the end result.
