Builds in 24 are so bad compared to builds in 23 , a lock in 23 can do much more than that

Not going to say they’re bad because in gameplay they might go crazy, but you’re the closest in realizing how strict it is when going for 99 attributes. Everyone else in the thread, 🤦🏾‍♂️
